At £6.99 I was wondering what I was going to get through the post bearing in mind the well known brand sells for around £34.I was pleasantly surprised as the device is easy to put together and is sturdy for my 11 stone frame.I was very nervous and gently laid on the device using the middle setting. The lower setting for me did nothing and, at the minute, the highest setting scares me!I laid on the device placing my hands under my head and tried to relax. It does help to relax. It is uncomfortable to use as bending onto the device is sort of painful and laying on it isn't what I would call Heaven. After about 7 minutes I heard a disc in my upper back slip and I momentarily tensed up but there wasn't any pain. It is a natural response to the sound and feeling when you have a bad back.I've been using the device for a week and my upper back and shoulders are much improved and the tension in my shoulder muscles appears much better. My biggest problem is lower back pain for which I usually use a rolled up towel under the base of my back which allows my two lowest discs to slip back. So far, despite different positions underneath me (closer to my hip) this device hasn't yet helped those lower discs to slip and I'm still having to use the towel.I was also nervous getting off the device as getting up off it after being bent didn't seem safe. I roll off it to one side using my elbow as support and stay on my side for a little while to give my back some time to recover.In conclusion, I can't say this device will help everyone as back problems are varied and can be serious and no doubt a doctor's advice should be sought before using it. It is helping me and maybe with further use I will see more benefits especially for my lower back but I still have my towel.

It has relief my back pain, as ill continue to use it

The item itself is okay. Well built. But the use is not quite as good as expected. The curve on the highest setting makes it become too small in length for the back. I guess if you are only 4ft to 5ft max it might be the right size for your back. But anyone with a longer torso than that height range is going to find this too short for the job. I either had to have my lower back flat on the floor and then this trying to curve my upper spine up and then over, or have my upper back flat on the floor and my lower spine up and over. If I tried it on the mid back it tried to put a very small section of my spine up and over and it was too sudden a bump. I do understand it is meant to stretch your back over it, but this wasn't anything like the experience I had at my physio appointment. This was not a good experience for me. I lowered the arch a but and it was better but still not great. I lowered it some more, to the lowest arch setting and it was a lot better. That said, with hardly any arch it didn't actually do anything for my back at all. I could have rolled up a large bath sheet towel and got a better result.I'm sure this is great for shorter people, but not so much for average or tall folk.

It's very reasonably priced and very effective! I love this device. It is great at de-stressing at the end of the day - 10-15mins is enough for me. I cannot recommend this highly enough. Easy to assemble. Get it!

Not at all what I expected. It fails to hold it's shape when you lay on it which renders it completely useless. I'm not that big of a guy either. I have no idea where all of these positive reviews came from.

Can't beat the price, very decent quality for bird watching, watching traffic on a distant bridge, watching boats, generally checking out landscape. I haven't looked at the stars with them yet as it's been mostly cloudy at night.

Habe einen leichten Rumdrücken und möchte damit meine Haltung korrigieren. Nutze es in Stufe 2 jeden Tag nach der Arbeit für 8min. Es ist nach 5min etwas unangenehm (als wäre ich auf den Rücken gefallen, alles kribbelt z.B.) und ich komme danach schwer wieder hoch, aber ich hoffe es legt sich. Auch gut für lange Autofahrten als Lordosenstütze in Stufe 1 nutzbar.
