Balego® 7200 Twenty Mode Therapy System

I have always been skeptical about TENS therapy...somewhat about whether or not it actually works, but mostly about whether or not I would be able to stand it. Plainly put, I HATE being shocked.But I had a friend lend me a cheapie little unit he had, and I was shocked (alright, pun somewhat intended) to find that I actually thoroughly enjoyed it after the initial shock (alright, I'll stop) of it.So I started looking into a unit of my own, and I read several reviews of many units and did a lot of research on what to look for, and settled on this one on specs alone, despite the lack of reviews or much information available. The many modes and custom programming capabilities are impressive, and one thing I've heard is very important is to be able to dial in your own frequencies and such. This unit allows that, but also tells you explicitly what it's doing in its preset routines...so you can easily go through and get a feel for what you like and don't, what works and what doesn't, etc., and develop your own preferences, routines, etc.Again, I'm by no means an expert in TENS therapy, but purely as a massager/therapy device, I thoroughly enjoy the feeling and I'm very happy with the features of this unit. The display is also very nice, and it feels well made. Be aware, "Balego" is not the manufacturer of this unit. They're just reselling a unit by a different brand. Nothing in or on or about the unit says Balego. I believe it's called an Ultima 20 from PMT. You can find more information about the unit by searching for that. --And possibly a cheaper price. Worth looking into.Nonetheless, this isn't surprising for a sort of commodity product like this, and it's not an issue for me (though I did see it cheaper elsewhere when I realized this). Solid unit. Very nice.

This is just a fantastic tens unit. The 12 set programs each have 3 timed ABC parts optimized for pain relief with the tissue at each site.Where this 7200 unit earns my 5 stars is the user settings - each has a different characteristic, and each is able to be set anywhere, both pulse width and frequency, so you can fine tune the pulses for the best relief with any part of your body.Each channel's strength is controlled individually, independent of the other so you don't experience any power drop-off.This is compatible with any ems, tens, or estim accessory that you can hook up to the pin cables, and adapters can be found to connect to anything without that input.10/10 will buy again, as I've yet to find a better tens unit, from this manufacturer or any other I've tried.

Can't find my old one bought with a MD's prescription. Worried this would not compare, but happily surprised at the selection of waves and modes. Usually can't get near the maximum as the lower settings are so strong. Make sure the first time you don't dial up too fast as I did once. The batteries that came with are still fully charged so it is very gentle on batteries. I have severe pain from lifting and standing as a R.N. for years. This is a great pain reliever and in the 'burst' mode it does actually relax my shoulder muscles for a couple of days. A real god send at a very reasonable price. You can't go wrong ordering this. (Comes with everything you need). Excellent!

2 months prior I injured my shoulder, after going to therapy 3 times a week and paying $60 a week in co- pays I order this TENS machine. It is great it provides me with the same treatment that I received from a Therapist. What is better, is that I can do the treatment from the comfort of my home, at anytime and for the duration I determine. It has individual setting for your significant other also a separate port for them. My wife was going to Therapy for her Knees, now she also uses this item. Well worth the purchase. Do not forget to buy additional Pads, mines lasted a month.

Terrific TENS Unit. The preset modes are very well done and they switch between different waveforms, pulse rates and pulse widths during a preset program. The manual mode allows users who want to dial in their program exactly do so. It features a constant(normal mode) as well as a modulating mode and a burst mode. The screen is bright and easy to read when lit. Lock button prevents accidental changes. Please note the intensity knobs are digital and each click turn changes the intensity by one allowing for precise control.

My husband and I were pleasantly surprised with the power of this device. Of course, it's not as strong as the chiropractor's office but it definitely has adequate power for muscle aches. I can't go past 10 but my husband had it up to 20 and it was almost too strong. I like the different programs built in to the device but usually we use the constant mode in the pre-programmed mode or the manual settings. I would recommend this device to anyone hesitating on its ability to produce enough stimulation.

Nice unit, but the battery compartment door does not stay on. I have to wrap a rubber band around it to keep it from falling off. I was not expecting this problem for a unit such as this.

Great machine. It helps a lot with my knee injury and helps to ease the pain with ease. The controls are simple to work. The presets for different injuries and locations are awesome. It also, in the pamphlet tells you exactly how and where to place the electrodes. Which helps greatly in uses this machine properly.
