Werewolves
I bought this book for my 7 year old grandson, after we’d watch Micheal Jackson’s Thriller video. I thought it would help him form his own opinion on whether he thought werewolves are real or fictional

Definitely rated PG-13
Loving all things cryptid and especially having an obsession with werewolves, I decided to give this book a read. While it was written for older kids, it is still enjoyable by adults. The language is easy to understand and it actually lists lots of historical accounts. Only thing I didn't enjoy was the detail. By this I mean, it's written for young adults, but I definitely wouldn't recommend this to any kid under 13. Why? Well, it tells the story that involves a werewolf who dismembered it's victims and has a creepy stekch to go with it. Younger werewolf loving kiddos would definitely suffer nightmares. Most other kid orientated werewolf books generally don't illustrate that and kind of gloss over this. Same with the torture and method of death to those medieval folks who were found guilty. So that aside, it's a good book. Liked that it mostly focused on history and not just modern Hollywood style legends.
