AC condensor motor fits and works
this item fit my GE AC condenser correctly and bolted right on. Nice item, I do not have insight into how long it will last but for now it works as it should.

Life saver
My AC went out and my great home warranty said the can get out here pronto in 15 days. It has been over 100 degrees every day for months. Found this part to match my 20 year old Carrier 3Ton. Once the part arrived I had my system up and running in 5 minutes. I was the fan which I suspected because the old fan blades did not spin freely and I replaced the capacitor last summer. I don't care if it doesn't last long. For 120 dollars I will just buy another one. Beats 10K for a replacement. Pro tip.... if you are squeezing the life out of your old AC get yourself a portable AC for about 400 dollars. It has been 105 degrees for the 3 days I waited for the part. We were able to cool the master bedroom and slept just fine. If you are going to be running an old AC it could fail at any time. If you don't have two units get yourself a portable backup.

Low quality motor that breaks after a year
The media could not be loaded. I bought and installed this last year and it ran for a year without issues. Now it's making ball bearing noise because it's obvious that this replacement is super low quality. Buy the 4 year warranty so you don't have to pay out of pocket when it immediately breaks.Wires are shorter but still pretty straightforward to install, takes about 1.5 hours if you're being careful and doing it for the first time.

Easy Install
This motor fit perfectly in my 19 year old Carrier 38TRA-0300. The shaft was long enough so the fan blade sat in the same location as the old one. Although the wires are of a smaller gauge they were long enough to make connections without splicing. Took a puller to coax the blade off the old motor but all in all very satisfied. Replaced the capacitor while I was at it. Runs like new!!

Plan on extending the wire length
I’m so glad this motor worked. It saved me a lot of money for now. Just know that you’re likely going to have to use the wiring from your old motor to make it long enough. Splice in. My motor had a clockwise direction by default, but that should be reversible. Perfect fit to the model it was replacing. Oh, go ahead and order that extracted tool to get your fan off if your unit is old. I had to eventually cut my blade off and I wouldn’t advise it.

Exact fit for my AC condenser unit outside
The shaft, mounting bolts, etc, we're all a perfect match, easy to swap out. In my case my motor priced ok, but since it's likely 20 years old, I decided to swap it out anyway.First test the capacitor- that was the failed part here, and much cheaper than the motor, about $20. I noticed that it had begun to bulge, a classic sign of capacitor failure.

Short wire length
The wire length is short ~26". My old motor (GE/Carrier) had wire lengths 46" to 48" (varied by wire). So I had to splice using electrical weatherproof butt connector extensions to old wires (crimp plus heat & shrink from Home Depot). Ordered the 4 year warranty - typically I would not for OEM, but this is not OEM - made in Mexico. We'll see how installation goes and longevity...
