this is not a red tie with white dots. When you peel off the backing, the dots are clear, so in order to be red/white polka dots it would need to be installed on a white background. If it is installed on a window or mirror, the dots will be clear.

No white on actual sticker, just holes in the red sticker.
Just know that the pokadots on this are not white. They are just holes in the red sticker. If you are putting this on a white object it will be fine if not you will be disapointed in the results.
