Cleans my 10k yellow gold Cuban link flawlessly
I was originally looking for a gold jewelry cleaner spray to just spray on a clean soft microfiber everyday after wearing my daily Cuban link chain and just run the chain through the microfiber to get rid of my body oils/sweat from the entire day, but a lot of the sprays were either too expensive or just didn’t seem like they were good. I’m not a fan of dropping yellow gold cuban link chains on a tray due to how soft gold is crumbling a chain in there would just scratch it with the links all up on each other. So upon receiving the fine gold cleaner I thought of an idea that I don’t regret since I can’t spray it. I fold my microfiber into about a 5x6in making it bulky and soft, and I just open the gold cleaner and take out the tray and dab it 1 time on the microfiber leaving a wet damp circular shape of the product liquid on the microfiber. I then slowly run the chain entirely through it 3-4 times, and the chain is as good as brand new. I don’t even run it on the other dry side of the microfiber because the liquid gives it a sort of a small coat leaving it shiny. I’ve been doing this for months, 7 days a week when I take off my chain and no problems at all. By the end of my day the chain has a matte look from my sweat glands filling it with grease. Once I clean it with the method I mentioned it looks like the first day I picked it up from the jeweler. In conclusion, I only use the tray to wet the microfiber with the product liquid. It lasts me about 2-3 months. That’s a good way to spend $5 to keep your daily jewelry looking brand new if you ask me.

I'm Blingin' Now!
I don't know what people are complaining about (besides those of you that got defective canisters, that sucks), this stuff is amazing! Granted, I got both the fine jewelry cleaner, the delicate jewelry cleaner, and the cloths for both silver and gold polishing. After experimenting with dozens of different pieces of jewelry this is what I've learned:Fine jewelry cleaner - seems perfectly safe for any fine metal (including sterling) and any non-porous, highly polished stone (including cubic zirconia). I didn't go above 20 seconds on anything, and only did 10 for questionable pieces, nothing was damaged.Delicate cleaner - seems safe for just about everything. I took a huge risk and plopped my $2000 diamond/gold/opal ring in there for 10 seconds. Besides giving me anxiety there is seemingly no damage done and it did give the ring a wonderful new brilliance! Both cleaners - swishing jewelry around while timing helps, I just twist the basket back and forth like a washing machine. The brush is a must for getting the backs of stones and complicated nooks. I used a glass of warm water to dump the jewelry straight from the basket into water. I then used a teaspoon to swish, which broke up a surprising amount of gunk.Polishing clothes - it does make a difference in how brilliant you can get the jewelry. It also matters that you use the silver cloth for silver, and the gold for gold (I have no idea why, but it gives significantly better results). Also, don't be afraid to be a little rough, especially with really tarnished pieces. At first I was baby handling them, but by the end I was whipping those chains through the cloth like I hated them, and it gave this wonderful buttery feel and extra shine. Just don't break anything!I started this whole project because my grandma gave me a bunch of her old jewelry that she made seem like it was trash, but after cleaning them they are really gorgeous antiques! I had no idea it wasn't just dirty old costume jewelry. Worth. Every. Penny. Btw, I only showed the one piece because I forgot to take pictures until the last few ones. It's hard to show how nice they really are.

It does clean jewelry
If you buy a ring new and use this on a regular basis it's going to work 100% and clean your ring or jewelry. But on a vintage piece that was worn for years and hasn't been cleaned this cleaner works but not 100%. You have to use a toothbrush and scrub it once it's soaked. The brush that comes with it is useless. Just keep in mind this is a basic jewelry cleaner and it works well enough. It's not as good as a Sonic cleaner like jewelry stores have. But it does work and it was well priced.

I didn’t expect results THIS good from such a simple, fast, and cheap DIY cleaning???
Okay, so I didn’t even know what to expect with this! My fiancé bought my ring off of Etsy, so we don’t have a relationship with a jeweler to do cleanings. We have our engagement photos coming up, and I was hoping to get it back to being shiny! The ring is rose gold, and the stones are a pinky morganite. I filled the cap with the liquid (it’s kind of like the consistency of soapy water? Very thin. And I didn’t notice any smell at all.) and set my ring in the little tray that’s included. Using the handle of the tray, I just sort of swished the tray around inside the cap filled with liquid for just under 30 seconds. Then, I used the lil brush they included to really clean it from the back, where it was the cloudiest. Afterwards, I dried it off with one of the microfiber cloths I keep around to wipe off my glasses. The results were IMMEDIATE. I did NOT have to scrub with the brush or anything— I mostly used that to get in the crevices where oil and dirt can get trapped. In less than 30 seconds it literally looks just as good as when he first proposed!!In the picture, the coloring is slightly different because of the lighting in the room, but the HUGE difference is in the cloudiness of the stone. Honestly, I don’t even feel like the photo does it justice.SO HAPPY and DEFINITELY worth this super low price. With the amount I used this time, I’m guessing I could probably use it every couple weeks and the jar would still last forever. Great deal.
