Its easy to assemble, as it is semi-assembled already, it took me less than 30mins to do. Easy to understand the manual, all packed carefully and in detailed each. I keep thinking checking it over a month. And finally! Overall satisfied! I used to go gym but researched something i will not quit to do and easy in my overall body! For starter indoor activity it is a great equipment and it is not expensive. At the same time it is well built so you don’t feel flimsy. It also can be stacked uptight with couple of interlocks to save a little space.

『歩調幅76cm』に惹かれて購入しました。 負荷設定できるマシンは幅が狭く、ステッパーと大差ないんじゃないかな？と思ったので。 （ステッパーは何十年も販売されてますが、個人的に合わないというか、重心をズラす運動にしか思えないので） 結果としては買って大正解でした。 脚を伸ばしたまま歩幅を広げることを意識しての運動では、お尻～ふくらはぎにじんわり効きますし、 ややヒザを曲げて重心を落として運動すると、スクワットやったような太もも（大腿四頭筋）に刺激が入ります。 米袋入れたリュック背負ってヒザ曲げはなかなかキツイです。 歩幅70センチの大開脚は自分の股関節の硬さでは無理ですし、 片足だけヤルにしてもヤバいほど体幹使いますが、いつかできる日を目指してがんばります。 2万円以上のマシンと比べて、心拍数モニタがないので、 どの程度なのか知りたい人はスマートウォッチの購入をオススメします 欠点としては、デカいのでやや圧迫感がある点ですね。 テレビとPC机の間に置くと、PC操作しながらテレビを見づらくなります。 ジョイント式のバーベルシャフトのように、ハンドル部を外せれば便利なのですが、改良パーツ作って欲しいです
