One of the reasons that made me chose this multivitamin was because it is Alcohol and Gelatin free. Plus it has most of the required vitamins doses that you need on daily bases.Price: I found this to be cheaper than buying it from over the counter (from stores).Taste: I didn’t have a problem with taste of it although and in all cases it it advisable to have your multivitamin tablet through/after a meal with a good amount of water as your body will absorb the nutritions better and faster. I also found having it through/after a meal to be helpful in case you have a problem with the taste of it.Size: The tablet size makes it easy to swallow, not so big, not small either, but having it with plenty of water will make it much easierFunctionality: Taking these multivitamin has definitely made a difference to my body with time. Especially that these days, you would easily get short in having the daily recommend amount of vegetables and fruits. The box says it, "High potency". It does what it's supposed to do. I suggest taking after a large meal, or you will feel nauseous for a few hours. Not a good feeling. Do not crush, or split in half! You will pee "green"(more like neon yellow), because of it's high potency. Make sure you drink plenty of water.

Not sure if I am seeing results from this product, but it is easy to take and "feels" good given the variety and level of nutrients it contains. I am using it as part of an overall health improvement plan that includes a diet high in veggies, fruit & lean protein, and 4-5 x weekly workouts.

I love Alive vitamins! I have so much more energy when I use them. I don't have time to feel like a tired little old lady! Yes, it is a bigger pill,but you could always split them in half to take them if that bothers you. I would do whatever I had to to take Alive vitamins! Yupper. They give this old woman that much more energy!
