Plastic smells when it works I don’t its original

Every time I use the blender the milk leaks under and inside the machine which in turn causes this extremely nasty smell!

Great blender and very stylish.

Feeling very odd as i am a very modern woman but I LOVE my kitchen ad cooking. I LOVE THIS BLENDER!!! It is so awesome (matches my mixer and toaster) and just makes me happy. It blends and does what it is supposed to do. SMEG makes such great quality appliances. You will not be disappointed.

I bought this a long time ago but I barely used it for a year. When I did use it again, after only like 4 uses within the first year, it broke and stopped working. My engineer partner opened it up to have a look what might be wrong with it to fix it but he was shocked to see how cheap it seemed inside. You only pay for the name. I couldn't send it back or anything as I had had it for a year or so already. Wouldn't buy again. Sorry.

It works really, really well. Ice cubes, smoothies, soups, all sorts. The base of the goblet has a poor design. It's attached to the main body of the goblet by some tiny screws and pieces of plastic. Unfortunately it takes so much force to attach the blades that the plastic will break sooner or later. Liquid can get into the handle. It's very difficult to clean. I was just about to embark on DIY fixes for those issues when the motor started to issue smoke. It lasted one week more than the guarantee period.

The product is for home use and for the family. Amazing product.
