Great all healer herb
We take this herb when we feel any mystery illness coming on. It also helps skin heal and keeps pain at bay. Is also an anti-cancer herb. we take 2 a day at the onset of anything. it is one of my favorite herbs. I have read a few of Dr. mercola's books and like them. We keep this in our medicine area, a good herb!!!

Energy boost.
I take Pau D'Arco to keep my NAD levels high. I get. a little energy boost when I take it. Many Mercola products are "too rich for my blood," but this one is reasonably priced.
