Works Great
89 Jeep YJ factory carb was junk. Buddy told me to order this one...for the price it is an excellent buy! Works perfect. Pretty easy install and some fine tuning adjustments and we were back up and running the trails.

WELL WORTH THE MONEY!
I installed this copy of the Ford Autolite/Motorcraft 2150 onto my 302 cu. in. V-8 engine in my 1978 Ford F-150 pickup truck. It was as perfect match. After hooking up all vacuum lines and the electric choke, I poured a little gasoline into it to prime it. The engine started right up and ran just fine. I had to adjust the idle screw. That was it. I love it! My truck is back on the road and runs smooth. It is no longer running rough and dying at controlled intersections. Mechanics who know how to rebuild carburetors are becoming quite scarce. The only one I found wanted over $400.00 to rebuild my Motorcraft 2150. So, I went this way and ordered a "Bruce Lee" (half American and half Chinese) carb. In essence, I saved $300.

Great value
I baught this carburetor to replace a carburetor on a 1964 F250 that hadn't been seeing much road time. I could tell that beast wanted a little cruising to loosen its joints a little. The old carburetor was clogged with old carbonized fuel. After a fuel flush it was necessary to replace that rickety old part. It was a quick changing of the guard, and the truck drives like it was meant to drive. It's a lean, mean, road eating machine.

Works For The Price
Bought this Carb for a 1979 F-150 w/ 351M. The install was easy, but ended up reusing the same gaskets I had before, [The gaskets in this set are BEYOND cheaply made]. The only main issue was the choke was turned a little over 180 degrees the wrong way, so starting it no matter what made it sit on the high idle @1500 RPM's, after turning and feeling with the throttle and the choke dial, we found where it should be set. Runs fantastic though, fuel/air mixture seems to be well, and idle was at an okay setting sitting at around 800 in park and 600 in drive. Overall, besides the choke dial being adjusted wrong, VERY pleased with this carb. I was expecting mishaps to happen anyways buying a $90 carburetor, so cheap gaskets and the choke issue was expected. If that choke issue happened to another person who was inexperienced with cars though, it could be a big problem. But, on the bright side, it looks nice, it runs well right out of the box after choke was fixed, and it works as it should. One big thing to be aware of though is that if you have A/C factory installed on late 70's ford trucks, you will need to reuse springs and the bracket are on your old carb, along with the fuel nozzle that threads into the carb. Overall I give it a 4, very pleased with it for being as cheap as it is. [As I drive this carb I will update any issues that happen]

Very impressive!!! 82 ford f150 351m 4wd
Seen some bad reviews on this so was kinda cautious. Just figured they didn’t know what they were doing. So I ordered anyway. Wow very impressive!!! Took 30 mins to get it on extremely hot outside. I had to go get a few “hardware “ that I thought should have come with it. For the price of it I wasn’t complaining. I called my wife to come out and spray starter fluid if it didn’t start. As soon as she come out I pumped it 3 times and it fired right up! No spray needed. I adjusted the idea screw 2 turns to idle it up. Than I turned the electric choke 5 turns and she purrs like a kitty!!! I ran my electric choke to the smallest nut “it had 12 v coming off it” on back of alternator. After truck got warm it still run great and I shut it off a couple times and it started right up!

Do not waste your time
Truck ran on this but not good. Had to Isherwood the truck up just to keep it running. After messing with timing and it not getting better I decided to buy a holley and that was it. This cheap Chinese crap isn't worth it!!!! Ended up with the street avenger 500cfm carb and it works perfect out of the box. Truck idles at 500rpm, revs sooooo much smoother and crisper. I beg you, do not buy this junk, you'll be sorry like I am because I can't return since I bought before rebuilding the engine and ran out of time.

Fits my 1966 Mustang with 289.
Was a direct bolt on replacement for my old autolite. Some of the vacuum ports are in diff spots but not a deal breaker. Can fired up and only needed small adjustments to run well.

Quality issues
Choke pull-off not working. Have to purchase a replacement to get the job done.
