I just stated using essential oils. This is so cute, all glass, easy to clean. I’ll be purchasing more to put in more rooms.

I really liked this little diffuser but it stopped working after 7 months of household use in the evening. I liked the light and the modest area of effect, but after 7 months it will turn on when i press the button but turns off after 3 seconds.update:Sometimes there's just a dud of any good product for whatever reason. That's life. However, the company was very responsive to the trouble i was having with it and stood by their product to make it right. Based on how much I like the diffuser and the response of the company to the issue I would highly recommend this product.

This is a great, small diffuser that is quite powerful for the size. It is incredibly easy to clean, as well as durable. My ONLY issue with it is that it lacks some important features. For example, there is no intermittent setting. Studies have shown that it is better for the olfactory system to have a break when diffusing oil. Also important to me is the ability to adjust the strength of the mist, which is also nonexistent on this device.In my opinion, these settings should be included for the price paid. Furthermore, a power brick could have been included as a buyer courtesy. Although this diffuser is very nice, a few things would have made it so much better.UPDATE: Despite minor flaws, I really grew to love this diffuser over the months that I had it. However, I started having problems with the cord connection. The device would not turn on unless I had the cord connection seated "just so". This continued for weeks, until one day the diffuser became quite warm while running, presumably overheating.I contacted the seller to see if there was a warranty. They were very concerned about the problem, and worked to make things write. I have ordered a replacement that will arrive soon. I miss my little device.

The media could not be loaded. Purchased this diffuser June 17, 2022 for my office. It is now January 3, 2023. Bought it because of the materials (glass and wood) instead of plastic. I usually do not review a product unless I feel it necessary and has been long enough to warrant a thorough assessment. I included a video of its performance with this review so new customers can see its performance prior to purchase. It is very sturdy and the changing light color can be seen well through the glass. I like that it runs off a USB port too. HOWEVER...after 3-4 months of use, the diffuser would not stay ON for more than 5-20 seconds. I tried everything I could think of to address this. Holding the power button (instructions that came with it are short and vague and of virtually no help whatsoever). I cleaned it out and let it dry thoroughly, used only distilled water and quality essential oils, etc. For the price, I would have expected this diffuser to last more than a few months. I have another much cheaper diffuser that was purchased on Amazon over three years ago and it runs every time and stays on until the reservoir is empty (about 5 hours). It is unlikely that this is user error. BUYER BEWARE -- I WOULD NOT CONSIDER THIS DIFFUSER FOR PURCHASE!!

This is a beautiful unit. Smaller then you are lead to believe but.. all glass! I needed this for a work project so I paid for next day shipping. I opened it up and there was a water ring inside which was shocking but I was willing to overlook that as I had a timeframe. I set it up and .. it barley trickles any amount of cool air so.. worthless! I imagine that is why it was returned and Amazon just shipped it out. I have contacted the company so we shall see but very disappointing and I will not be able to complete my project deadline. So money lost all the way around🤬🤬**** update: Amazon sold me a used diffuser however the vendor was so upset by this they were very kind and refunded me the money for this. 👍 VENDOR- 👎AMAZON! So, this vendor is wonderful to work with and the product is lovelyUODATE #3- this is a lovely glass defusing unit, however as I have used it I realized that this works actually to well and is empty in less then 45 minutes. So this uses up your essential oils very quickly. At this point I have just given up on finding something of quality and value for this type of diffuser. The company would like for me to purchase a bigger model with a “ strong discount” ( which is - 10.00 coupon that is applied at purchase and was told they would send me the newer bigger model hoping I would not write a bad review ) and I’m just not willing to go through the headache of it all I have had to spend to much time as it is correcting this situation to spend that much money again with a “ strong discount”

I’ve used this product maybe 4 times and the glass top broke. It looks aesthetically pleasing but perhaps consider that it is not made to last. Charger cord never quite fit and that was an issue as well. Too bad because it’s not cheap. Wish I could contact the company.

I have three of the plug-in glass diffusers. I use them primarily as humidifiers around some of my fussy houseplants. They are so lovely to look at, they make me happy. I do have to refill them a few times each day, as they are small, but I dont mind; I think they run for about 2-3 hours on a refill of water and then shut off automatically. I have limited space so I'm happy with a smaller diffuser, and I love that they are glass and not plastic. Two of the three diffusers make funny sounds when I first start them, like the motor is winding up, but then it subsides within a minute or so. I hope these last for a very long time. I had to reach out to customer service about a mistake that Amazon made on their behalf, and I was so pleased with the prompt & friendly correspondence from AROMA and the quick, professional remedy. Very impressed. I'll do business with AROMA again. Thank you!

Really nice quality, all glass with a wood bottom. The glass reservoir is easy to clean. I really wish this came with just a warm white light, the cycling rainbow light is tacky (in my opinion). I just leave the light off.
