The smoker is ok for what it is. But ...
The smoker is ok for what it is.But here is something they are not telling you.Once the heating element go's out...it's done for.You can't replace it,and if you call to get another one..you have too get a hole new box and do the work of taking things off the old one and put it on the new.I also herd the element don't last that long.It maybe more wise to look for one that you can at least change the element in it.Just saying.

all of it came out great! The smoker is very low maintenance
Bought this smoker over labor day weekend. My husband and I smoked hamburgers, sausages, eggs, a chicken, a brisket and beef jerky, all of it came out great! The smoker is very low maintenance. You basically set it to the time and temp you want add a small amount of wood and leave it. Plus the cleanup is super easy. We are so happy we that we purchased this smoker, can't wait for this weekend to see what else we can try.Also ours came with a turkey hanger and a cover for the smoker which is not included in this picture.

at 135 degrees and they turned out great, After they were done I made a Pastrami
Got it on Friday Did two slabs of bacon on Saturday. at 135 degrees and they turned out great, After they were done I made a Pastrami. @ 220. Degrees . Went to bed and woke up to an amazing smell. I plan to make a 10lb batch of Andouille Sausage next. I have it plugged into a 20amp plug. Well worth the money.
