So far so good
The electrician mounted and hooked this up for me. So far I really like it. I like that the mount can move so the tv is on an angel. It wasn’t the easiest to mount but most good things aren’t. The electrician also said he wished it had an angled plug but that was it.

Great quality
Worth the money for sure . This thing is built very nice , the quality of it by far the best , I hung it my self with the help of a friend it took us about 3 hours .. I mounted it directly to the concrete wall with large concrete anchors the hardest part was drilling the concrete ,also when I called up the customer service with some install questions they where very helpful and directed me perfectly . I would highly recommend any of the products for sure

Great product, price, and customer service. Purchased a commercial 50 to 60 inch built this whole thing myself.

Not strong enough to do advertised functions
The shield is extremely difficult to hang I needed to buy a $700 ceiling mount from the pro shield company to hold it even after that, once we installed the included pneumatic arms the shield tilted forward and the tv extension moved to its full open position. The only way to get the shield closed was to hold the front panel open by hand, remove the arms push the TV back into the back enclosure while holding the front panel open. Once we got the TV back in the only way to decrease the tilt was to loosen the tilt mechanisms screws straighten it but only partially then retighten the tilt screws .If the front panel is down (which on mine is the only option) the sound quality is poor.This for a total f about $1900 plus the cost of a TVDo yourself a very big favor buy an outside tv and simplify your life

Great Product and Design
This product has exceeded my expectations. It’s built to withstand the elements while providing a refined look for your outdoor entertainment needs. The customer service was great and you actually speak to live customer service rep that is knowledgeable on the product. Only 6 months in but the product has provided everything I expected and more. Highly recommended if you are in the market.
