Buy the correct part for the job!
I bought these to add shut off valves under my kitchen sink. My supply lines are 3/8 inch o.d. copper. The female end of these valves is for 3/8 mip threads so these valves would not work for my purpose. However the valves appeared to be well made 1/4 turn valves.

Mislabeled.
This product advertises size is 3/8 by 3/8 inch, the product i received was 3/8 by 1/2 inch and is very small in width, it would be good to put the actual width of the product in the description.
