Wow! Took this right after waking up and my skin and face look so smooth, bright and yealthy!! Will definitely keep buying. I took it with water and it doesn't have a strong taste, buy it might take you awhile to get used to it.

Unfortunately my face broke out after using the powder for more than one month. It dissolves nicely in coffee and any other warm drink and has a slightly milky taste - which made it perfect to drink with coffee. As soon as I stopped taking it my face cleared.

For the ones who take this product for a week and then say it doesn't work: Folks, please be patient. Skin and hair damage is mostly accumulative, and so is this. For me it takes around 2-3 months of CONSTANT use to see the first noticeable results on hair and skin. 1 month for nails. Everyone's different. But please don't expect a miracle in just one week! :)
