This protein powder is really good. It has a great amount of protein and tastes awesome. I would especially recommend cookies and cream flavor. When added to milk, it tastes exactly like store-bought flavored milk, but with way less sugar and packed with protein. It doesn't even have a horrible aftertaste!

I personally don't enjoy the taste - it has some bitterness to it.

I’ve been using this protein daily for months, and it mixes well with water, milk, or even overnight oats. I like that there's no added sugar with the calories almost all coming from the protein.
