This pillow is very comfortable and helps me sleep better; it provides better support under the head and neck to prevent tension. It’s more of a flat loft than a typical pillow, but extremely comfortable once you get used to that. I love it that it’s all organic and hypoallergenic

It wasn't as bad as it said, it was very thin. It did not return to its original state after being removed from the package.

As a side sleeper with a short neck I've tried every type of pillow but wake up multiple times during the night with a sore neck and shoulder. PureTree's low profile option is described as 4.9 inches thick so I bought one, even though all of the reviews were for the 6 inch version. It's about 4 inches thick in the middle and less at the edges.Unlike memory foam slabs this pillow is huggable and very accomodating; you can slide one corner toward your chest and tuck the edges between your neck and shoulder, and comfortably place your forearm underneath or drape your arm across the top.The first night I slept on it was after it had been unboxed for eight hours next to an open window; the latex odor was so slight you only noticed it if your face was in the pillow. I was aware of the latex bounce but also slept thru the night without tossing and turning and my head hadn't rolled off the pillow. On the second night the feel was slightly different: the latex relaxed a bit and the bounce had a bit less push back; it's like a squishy medium firmness.

This pillow is very comfortable! My only complaint is that the pillow cover got a hole in it and the zipper broke off, after washing it 1 time, following the care instructions. I did email the company and they said they would send a new cover free of charge. I have not received that yet, but hoping to soon. The pillow itself, is great!

Finally, the perfect pillow for me. I've used latex pillows for 11 years. They are king sized and have become too heavy for me due to shoulder pain so I decided to go to queen size. I ordered another brand with large holes in center & small hole on edges. It was nice but still slightly too heavy (I'm pillow flipper) and a bit too firm for sleeping on my back so had to return that. After scouring Amazon I thought I would give this one a try & it has the perfect resiliency. It does have a very slight latexy smell but that is normal and goes away in a week or two.

This latex pillow is of very good quality. Almost zero out-gasing. Just had to leave in the open air for about 24 hours. It is more firm that I expected, so I'm trying to adjust to it.

The first night this pillow was great. Then I ended up emailing with the company regarding how sore my neck was when waking. After a week it leveled out and I slept pretty well and decided to keep the pillow. I really should have sent it back. I've gone back to an old pillow and won't use this one again because I'd wake up with horrible face and neck pain. It wasn't forgiving enough to not put a lot of pressure on my cheek bones and ears. I'd wake up feeling bruised, plus it would hurt bad enough in the middle of the night it would wake me up. Not worth the money.
