Hair Color Many clients may complain about the color differences when receiving the hair.However,dear,please take this into consideration that all of our products are virgin human hair which means that they come in very natural state-beings without any processing, and the colors of hair are different from person to person. In addition,the pictures shown on the descriptions are just some samples of the products. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that each piece of hair color will look exactly the same, but we will spare no efforts to avoid this kind issues. Split/Dry Ends Split Ends--When donator's hair is longer enough, the less nutrition will reach to the ends.So split ends are really normal, CAN'T be avoided, especially when hair is longer than 18''! ONLY processed and acid bath hair have no split ends at all. Dry Ends--Our hair may be a little dry after high temperature steam processed, especially the longer virgin hair. With right products like the suitable shampoo or oil to condition the hair, it will help a lot. Nits/Eggs We do have nits/eggs quality control. The raw hair with nits and eggs are selected out before packing. So we promise 99.5% products are no nits and eggs, if there is one bundle we have left out, we do accept refunding or replacement. Corn Chip Smell Promise no corn-chip chemical smell, our hair is 105% chemical-free, we do not only care about beauty but also our customer's health! But we do wash the hair when we produce it, and it may have local shampoo smell on it.
