I really received a very bad machine which I couldn't use. The package was open and looks like it had been used. There was a visible damage on it. I really don't know how can Amazon serve customers with such things.

Cheap & best trimmer for beard and mustache.

Not worth the money. Charge it as longas what you want, it lasts a few minutes. This brand is world famous for their clippers but these fall short of their quality.

The product is good and durable, but not all the items are shown in the picture comes in the boxes, due to COVID-19 I decided not to follow-up with Amazon or the Seller.

Battery runs down in about 5 minutes, can’t complete a full beard trim without charging it once in between 2 beard trims. Each charging cycle need atleast 6 hours and then the trimmer work for 5 to 7 minutes maximum. The clipper which attaches to the trimming blade pulls on the face hair while trimming so it pinch’s and hurts a little so need to be careful

My experience with this trimmer has been a bit of a mixed bag. On the one hand, the attachments are great, and it works well for general use. However, the build quality is a little lacking, and the blades aren't as smooth as I'd like, causing some skin irritation. It's a decent product that gets the job done, but it falls just short of being a great one.
