Best earplugs I’ve found for my sensory self. Watch a how-to video before using though.
I am an auditory avoidant neurodivergent person with an inner ear deformity that makes me even more sensitive to unwanted sound. So earplugs are very important to me and I will say that these are the best I’ve found so far. Here are the things I like about them: 1). They are more comfortable inside the ear and stay in better than foam earplugs. 2). They’re more reliable also; I think anyone who has used foam earplugs regularly has experienced having them suddenly stop compressing/expanding properly and becoming completely useless at the moment you need them the most. The Loops don’t do that. There is nothing to compress or expand so they are very dependable. And they do block out quite a bit of unwanted sound. 3). once they are in properly, you really can’t see them from the front, unlike those foam plugs that stick out and look ridiculous. 4). because they lie flat against the ear, I can wear them with my noise-canceling headphones if I need extra protection. 5). they are the only thing that make it tolerable to go to the very noisy planet gym (where they BLARE the music even at 6 am on a Sunday when I, a person in my 50s, am the youngest person in the place. WHY?!?)Things I would change: 1) I find the loop part a little big for my ear. The outside cartilaginous part of my ear gets really sore after I’ve worn them for a while, from the loop part pressing on it. Maybe I’ll try child-sized ones in the future. 2) My ears require two different sizes of plug attachments- small on the right and medium on the left. So I wish they would make some indication on the loop part of a right/left designation. Preferably something like a raised bump pattern on one that I could feel when trying to put them in at night in the dark. Both of these things are minor and not bothersome enough to give a lower review. They’re just things that (for me) would make an already excellent product even better. If you have never used them before, I highly recommend watching one of their videos on how to fit them and properly install them in your ears. They come with several sizes of plugs. You will try each on to find the ones that fit best. In order to do this, you must pull off the plug attachments that are on the Loops when you receive them. I was reluctant to do this because you really do have to grip them and pull pretty hard. I didn’t want to pull too hard and ruin my my new and (to me) very costly earplugs, but it turns out they are quite sturdy so you can feel confident doing that. You then insert them and then turn them so that the loop part is tucked into the…… swirly part (?) of your outer ear.My only regrets are that I didn’t buy them sooner, and that I didn’t get an extra pair, because I really need a pair to keep by my bed and a pair for my purse. If your memory is better than mine and you remember to take them everywhere with you, then you can get by with one pair.Overall they are excellent and I know it’s a leap of faith, given the price, when you’re used to getting like 200 foam earplugs for the same price, but as a person who is very sensitive to sound, I highly recommend them.EDIT: The reason I strongly suggest watching a video on how to use these, is that the instructions for use that come in the package are utterly unreadable (see photo). I wasn’t able to read them even by taking a photo and enlarging it. So if you hear or read about people getting these stuck in their ears, it’s because they didn’t/couldn’t read the instructions and just used the pads without the loops themselves attached. Once you attach the pads to the loops, unless they’re defective, you have to really pull to get them off and they will not just randomly come off in your ear. It’s not the users’ fault though. The packaging is terrible in terms of readability. I honestly don’t know how it made it through the design phase. Despite the blatant packaging fail, however, the earplugs themselves are still awesome.

Good for sleeping!
I’m a light sleeper and have misophonia. Works well - These are great for noise blocking while sleeping. They are easy to insert, comfortable to lay on, and seal well. I like the little travel case it comes with as well. Size is good and it comes with a few different sized inserts.

Soft and works well
Pros: Works well with loud environments when trying to sleep. Soft and comfy, easy to clean.Cons: People with small ears may have a hard time getting them to stay. Sleeping on your side is rather difficult, because of the pressure you put on your head the plug can sometimes come out. I’ve nearly lost them this way. The case may be a little difficult to open and close for people with large hands.Overall, I like the product and would still consider to use it, just not recommend it. It’s noise canceling but the fact that I’m a side sleeper makes it difficult to get a full noise canceling effect, since one tends to slide out while I sleep.

Works great for me
These are very very comfortable and functional. They work for me exactly as described in the product description.I haven't had an issue with the carrying case so far. It doesn't seem flimsy to me. I like it's silicone loop so I can attach it the the inside of my purse and have my Loop ear plugs accessible and easy to find if I need to pop them in.The really do mute most sound and remove exterior noise that is not in my direct attention. I thing the key to that is finding the actual right size for you out of the four sizes it comes with. A few sizes "fit" my ears. But only the extra small worked all the way/correctly for me.I use these for a few different things. I bought them primarily for sleep and napping. I have trouble sleeping at night with exterior noise in my home (especially when it's quiet at night aside from those things). I get overestimated by things such as the sounds of my dishwasher and laundry machines, my AC running, cars outside, dogs barking outside, ect. No matter how tired I am; I cannot fall asleep with all of this stimulation keeping me awake. I have gotten great sleep with these ear plugs at night. I can fall asleep much faster and much more soundly while wearing these. They are very comfortable to sleep in and I had no issue with them falling out at all. I forgot I was wearing them. I appreciate that they do not mute all sound, entirely. I can still hear my 1 year old when he wakes at night (he sleeps in my room). This is very important to me to be able to hear him so I can attend to his needs when needed. I wouldn't be able to wear ear plugs otherwise. It does however block most sound to where the volume of "life" is at a much lower volume. And it's very dampened. It makes focusing on things I'm doing or just tolerating an overstimulating day very easy. Sometimes, my son will cry if I use the restroom or wash my hands. I will pop in my ear plugs before I do these things so that his crying isn't so powerful to my senses. It keeps me calmer and allows me to focus on him and his needs (as opposed to half of my attention being on being overwhelmed by the situation). It has made me a better parent in that way.I have found that morning walks can be more peaceful while wearing these as well. And I get into a great state of meditation with these. Normally, I struggle to calm my mind and body for meditation. These are a great meditation tool.I have implemented these ear plugs into my every day life and have been happy with the positive changes they provide me. I'm happy with my purchase and the price matches the value in my opinion. I'd buy again

Keeping It Quiet!!
I had been having issues with my wife snoring and the music at my gym being played way way too loud. I decided to try these ear plugs just to see if they could help. Boy, did they!! They are comfortable and they stay in. I move around in the gym and they stay in place. I turn over in bed--and they stay in place. And every interfering noise is comfortably muffled. The snoring is not a problem now--and the thumping music at the gym now feels settled and distant. For the price, these ear plugs are perfect. They are not noise canceling, so you can still hear things and don't feel isolated and apart. Great investment. My wife is happy--and I do not want to cancel my gym membership. Thanks for a great help.

A Game-Changer for ADHD Focus
As a parent of a child with ADHD, finding effective tools to help manage distractions and improve focus has always been a priority. That's why I was thrilled to discover Loop Quiet Earplugs, and they have truly been a game-changer for both my daughter and myself.Initially purchased for my daughter, who struggles with ADHD-related sensory sensitivities, the Loop Quiet Earplugs quickly became an indispensable tool in her daily routine. The ability to drown out extra noise in the classroom or office environment has significantly improved her ability to concentrate and stay focused on tasks at hand. The difference in her attention span and productivity has been remarkable since incorporating Loop Quiet Earplugs into her daily routine.Inspired by my daughter's positive experience, I decided to try Loop Quiet Earplugs for myself, and I have been equally impressed with the results. As someone with ADHD, I often find myself easily distracted by background noise in busy environments. With Loop Quiet Earplugs, I can effectively block out distractions and create a quieter, more conducive workspace that allows me to focus on the task at hand. One of the standout features of Loop Quiet Earplugs is their effectiveness in reducing noise without completely blocking out all sound. This allows for a more natural listening experience while still providing the benefits of noise reduction. Additionally, the earplugs are comfortable to wear for extended periods, making them suitable for all-day use. While the performance of Loop Quiet Earplugs is exceptional, I do have one minor suggestion for improvement: a better case for storage and portability. A sturdier case would help ensure that users always have their Loop Quiet Earplugs on hand when they need them, whether at school, work, or on the go.In summary, Loop Quiet Earplugs are a must-have for anyone seeking to improve focus and concentration in noisy environments, particularly individuals with ADHD. Their effectiveness, comfort, and convenience make them an invaluable tool for managing sensory sensitivities and enhancing productivity. With just a small improvement to the case, Loop Quiet Earplugs would be the perfect solution for anyone in need of quiet, focused concentration.Pros:- Effective at reducing noise and improving focus- Comfortable for extended wear- Suitable for individuals with ADHD and sensory sensitivities- Allows for natural listening experienceCons:- Case could be sturdier for improved portabilityOverall, Loop Quiet Earplugs have been a game-changer for both my daughter and myself, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to enhance focus and concentration in noisy environments.

Works well
I use this when I attend concerts. My husband takes me/drags me to heavy metal concerts and starting to develop tinnitus. Since using this, the tinnitus stopped. You can still hear the music well. I have access to ear plugs used as PPE but I prefer this as they are comfortable and easy to insert and remove. My husband got a set as well.

Now I have every type!
I’ve been using Loop earplugs for two years now I think. I initially bought the Experience type for my work as a hairstylist and for riding my motorcycle. Since then I’ve also worn them to concerts and the sound reduction is perfect for hearing the important stuff while not worrying about my ears ringing after exposure to loud sounds. I’ve updated my work routine with the Loop Engage, which allow me to hear clients and speak without hearing my own voice overmuch or damaging my ears with the noisy blow dryers and clippers. I often wear those earplugs at home too because my neighbours are super loud and as a neurodivergent person I find certain uncontrollable noises really overwhelming, so I figured I could use the Quiet type for longer wear at home. I find the Quiet earplugs offer me a really comforting level of noise reduction; I can hear enough while wearing them that I don’t feel anxious from absolute silence, the volume is reduced just enough that I feel present in my environment but the noises from my neighbours and other such sounds are muffled so I can focus on what I’m doing and not get overstimulated. All the earplugs from Loop that I wear regularly are excellent and do exactly what I need them to. They’re comfy, simple to wear and do what they say they do. I’ve been recommending them to everyone I think could benefit from a little less noise and a bit more peace and quiet, and now I’m recommending them to whoever reads this review. Just don’t be surprised if you decide you want one of each!
