I had my son review this body building supplement.So I just tried nutrition gen no2 Ultra muscle pump. I followed the directions on the back exactly as it said I took it twice 20 to 30 minutes before each meal before my workout on my first break at work and my lunch at work. This was my first time taking it my first day on a bottle with a 15-day Supply. With ingredients listed in this supplement and it being a no.2 it did exactly what it was supposed to and it gave me a huge pump. My first workout was very exciting I broke a couple plateaus today and I'm very excited to try my next workout. As for the after-effects of this pre-workout I would say there is none I've tried others and commonly found that they take away your appetite. This supplement did not take away my appetite at all I just had an enormous dinner and it was no trouble at all to get it down. This being my first day review and still loading on this supplement I'm very excited to see how this goes later on in the week. This type of supplement usually takes a few days to work in your system and the effects grow stronger and more explosive as time goes.

This product never really seemed to work for me

Hello everyone!!!I workout a lot, roughly 4 to 5 days a week and am always looking for a way to get more out of my workouts. I enjoy taking preworkouts but make them as healthy as I can and try to make them more amino acid based vs stimulant based and when I seen this product I notice it was basically made up of Arginine, Citruline and Beta Alanine I really wanted to give it a try.I took this this morning on an empty stomach with my morning cup of coffee about 30 minutes before my workout. Today was a chest and triceps so what better day to try NO2 out. I got to the gym and did about 15 minutes of cardio before my weight training to my heart rate up and to get my blood moving through my body a little better. After the first couple of sets I noticed my chest and arms pumping up a little faster than normal. It was encouraging me push a little harder and a little faster. Near the end of my workout my chest and arms were so pumped up I felt like I squeezed 6 months worth of results into one workout!!! I could not believe the fullness of my arms and my chest, I was lovin it!!! I ran across this product on AmazonReviewTrader.com for $1.00 and thought what the hay, Im going to give it a try. I really enjoyed this product and would recommend it to anyone trying to get their swole on!!!

I purchased this for my Fiance and he has not really a difference in taking them.
