As a triathlete, and someone with wide feet, I have struggled at keeping my feet blister and friction burn free on runs any longer than 10 miles. I dump a healthy amount into my socks before I take off on a run, although it can be messy if you try to apply it to your feet before you put them in your socks. I have tried BodyGlide as well as the SKIN spray and goop, but find that the dust works the best. My only complaint is that it is really easy to dump it all over the floor instead of your feet.Well worth the money and this product proved it's worth at Ironman Coeur d'Alene last year.

Dust keeps my feet dry during marathons and triathlons. I'm prone to blisters on my second toes and this prevents them! It's great for hot spots as well.

I'm sorry to say that this is no better than standard talcum powder. I had high hopes that I could stop using a pertroleum product, but when I started to sweat I started to chafe. and using it in my shoes (running sockless) the friction points it was supposed to alleviate didn't happen.good try, I'm glad they have the "ironman" endorsement, but it's not for me.

This is the best foot power I have ever used. It smells natural and organic not medicinal. It is light and silky and does not clump or get slimy with sweat. It has taken away any odor I used to struggle with in my shoes. I highly recommend!

I can't get it to come out of the bottle I don't know if it is old enough that it is just clumping up or if the holes on top get clogged up.

Borrowed some of this from a friend for a race when I had a sockless shoe was causing a blister. It worked excellent! A little goes a long way. I got way too much in my shoe but it turned out to be a pleasant mistake. Helped with sweaty feet.
