Gotham Steel 9.5” Nonstick Copper Frying Pans with Durable Ceramic Coating, Nonstick Skillet, Egg, Omelet Pan Cookware 100% PFOA Free

Had this pan for a few months now. I only bought it really for frying eggs, after watching the TV presentation. Like some other reviews the results were disappointing. With no oil or even a little oil the egg still sticks to the pan and it's near impossible to fry an egg with a soft yolk. The instructions say use a low to medium heat for egg frying and because of this the yolk slowly cooks through and is not runny. Not used it for much else as it's been put at the bottom of the drawer. In the advert the pan is tilted and the oil free egg just slides on to the plate. Not with mine.

The pan is light and easy to clean however it's not non stick at all. Even with some butter there is a good chance your egg will stick. 👎👎

Only needs a wipe and an occasional wash. Best non stick coating I have ever had.

This pan is as non-stick as it gets. Only wish I bought the larger version. Would definitely buy again.

Brilliant product. Saw it on a TV advert in the USA and sourced it as soon as I got back to the UK. The handle is a little uncomfortable and could be better but it is a seriously good frying pan which helps you to cook really healthily.
