I just used this for the first time. I could not believe the difference it made for my sciatic nerve problem. I slept on the opposite side, used the cushion without the strap ( and it stayed in place!), and I was able to wake up and move my leg, get out of bed with no trouble. This is the first time in 2 years I am able to do this! Great product!!!

Using this wonderful pillow allows me to sleep without the pain in my right hip I've experienced for awhile. It must be aligning my body properly. It's great!!

Bought this to replace a just generic pillow I'd been using for a year to make my knees more comfortable when I sleep. First thing I noticed was this pillow is surprisingly small comparatively, and also very very dense. The outer layer is comfortable enough, though I've noticed that the pillow tends to be just a little too hard and unforgiving, really minimizing the amount of natural variation in leg position you can have. You are definitely more limited with this design than some others that I've seen (or just a regular pillow). Overall, after a week of using it, I am happy with the purchase, but I'm not sure that I would repeat the purchase if I had it to do over again. All things considered I'd do more looking around and possibly go with a more versatile but still supportive option.

I had read about this knee pillow and seen so many positive comments. I hoped for some pain relief so I could maybe get more sleep? However, we all have different aches & pains, so you don't know until you try a product. Before buying the knee pillow, I had no difficulty falling asleep, 2 mins. tops and I'm in a dead sleep. Positioning the knee pillow between my legs, is comfortable and does seem to align the top leg (laying on your side) with your body. I still fall asleep quickly, then after about 2 hours of sleep the sciatica pain creeps in & I wake up. I've used this product about a week now & I suppose that I turn from side to side while sleeping? The knee pillow usually is not between my legs when I wake up a couple hours later. I will continue to use the pillow...maybe figure out how I can keep it in place when I turn to the other side. As far as recommending this product, you would have to try it & see? Maybe it's the answer to your issues. Hopefully so! I'll do a follow up in a few months, if my situation has improved with the use of this product.

This is a quality orthopedic knee pillow that provides relief, holds its shape and easy to clean. I ordered one each for my husband and myself to alleviate the pressure from one knee resting on the other. I have no idea why it started bothering both of us at the same time, but it was very uncomfortable and made it difficult to fall asleep. Our hips and/or low backs were sore after using them the first few times so thought the pillow just might be too bulky for our knobby knees. For a while I stopped using mine when side-sleeping but found it useful to put under my knees when sleeping on my back. However, my husband kept using his and it wasn’t long before his back/hip discomfort completely went away, so he uses it every night with great results. The knee on knee was still driving me nuts so decided it was worth giving another chance because other pillows had been too soft or too large. The current status is that I can say the pillow is comfortable and helps me get to sleep which is a pretty big deal, so keeping my fingers crossed that eventually the minor low backache (it usually works itself out in 2-3 hours) won't be there when I wake up. The self adhesive strap is very week it stops catching in few days but the pad it self is very good quality of memory foam

Does what it's supposed to. Helps with my sciatica when I'm sleeping. No more numb leg when I lay on my side!
