Acid Mantle Cream Skin Restorer, pH Balancer for Eczema, Psoriasis and Skin Irritation from Dyes & Detergents

The thing that makes this cream so good is that it is a pH balancing cream. All day long we are washing our hands, and every time you wash your hands with soap, you are raising your skin pH, making them dry and cracked. It's an instant relief, all the while with a pleasant smell of oranges! I used to use a cream called "acid mantle", which is not available any more, this is the best replacement, simple science that really works.

Works well on my excema. Does not moisturize as well as I was hoping for.

I sent you several messages claiming that the package came empty and was sealed. the fact is that it was empty but it was so carefully opened by one side that I didn't notice it at first and now that I grabbed it again I saw that somebody very carefully opened it and stole de Acid Mantle Cream. So I really don't know who to blame. Forget the return which was meant for you to see the package that I thought it wasn't opened.

The cream has a nice non greasy feel to it but it does not take away the pain from a split finger tip. Not anywhere as good as the original Acid Mantle by Doaks. Nice cream for softening skin.

Fresh smelling and healing

This cream is not the same cream as what it sounds like . The advertisement says Acid Mantle Cream but the tube doesn't have that on there . It just states Skin Mantle . There is very much of a difference ! The old Acid Mantle Cream was a scientific wonder ! I know without a doubt this is not it ! It's no better than a decent cream .

As a pharmacist, I recommended Acid Mantle Cream for people that had any weird skin condition that wouldn't clear up on it's own. I saw it work miracles. I was really upset when it was taken off the market. When I saw that Amazon was selling a product called Acid Mantle Cream skin restorer, I ordered a tube of it. Unfortunately, the product is not the same as the original product. While the formula does contain some of the same ingredients, it also has multiple items that are not in the original formula. Apparently, Pharmaderm is no longer in business, or they would be suing this company for using the Acid Mantle Cream name. I have not used enough of the new formula to access it's success in healing bad rashes, etc., but just let it be known that it is not the same formula as the original Acid Mantle Cream.
