Total garbage, don’t waste your time.

I like the fact that I didn't have to spend $700 to replace this entire antenna. I don't like that you have to carve out the inside with a hot knife. I'm glad that my mechanic could do it.

I purchased this item hoping the engineer had worked out the bugs well that did not happen. I put the antenna cover on my device. I used the double sided tape against my better judgment. The cover flew off to be lost for ever. How can i be made whole. replace my part and create a better way to secure your product for your client’s vehicle. Either stop rating this device a 4.0 for quality.

It did not fit my vehicle. This was a bad buy……….

It didn’t fit at first & then I realized that it was because there were still remnants from the previous antenna that were stuck on screws that are mounted from the reverse side of the antenna. I see that a lot of people are leaving bad reviews because of fit but I believe they overlooked pieces of the previous housing stuck on the antenna. After I cleaned off the pieces it fit perfectly. I’m only giving it one star because after two months it’s beginning to turn white & is extremely sticky. It has a rubber type coating on it that deteriorates very rapidly & is very unsightly. I only expect it to get worse. Not what I want on my Mercedes! Now I have to buy another one & hopefully find one that doesn’t have such a cheap coating or maybe find one that is not coated at all.

It had my car listed as it would fit, but it really didn’t and the double tape was terrible

Did not fit correctly, flew off the first drive after putting it on.
