The quality is excellent!
This MCT oil has been a fantastic addition to my morning routine! I add it to my coffee, and it gives me a sustained energy boost without the jitters. It’s completely flavorless, so it blends well with anything. I’ve also noticed improved mental clarity and appetite control, which has helped with my intermittent fasting.

Very bad oil…bad smell and looks like it already spoilt. MCT oil is supposed to be odorless and flavorless

Best for keto, bullet proof coffee and increase metabolism
I always buy Oladole Natural MCT oil for my bullet proof coffee, use a frother and this can be a good milk replacement, the best thing about this product is that it is unflavored! It helps me focus and makes me feel fuller and energetic, despite of being in the fasting mode. It works like magic to increase your metabolism!! Super tip: After a cheat meal, have a tablespoon full of mct oil with warm water to get into ketosis faster! :)

Organic and no flavor
My plan was to make a bullet proof coffee as a morning routine. I found this organic which adds to the product quality. It is unflavored and so you can add to salads or coffee without changing the original taste. I added 1tbsp to my instant coffee to make me feel satiated for a longer time in the morning before hitting my first meal later. I wish if they made it a glass container instead of plastic.b

Awful taste and smell
Awful. I've had this before but this batch was either off or something had gone wrong. It had a strong odour, made my coffee taste awful and upset my stomach. I've never had a problem with MCT oil before but this one is awful. No option to return or get a refund
