Flex Active Sports Resistance Loop Bands - Set of 5 Fitness Exercise Bands for Fitness Workouts - Stretching and Physical Therapy

Had them for about 2 years and they’re now starting to rip (probably because I was using them way more during quarantine). The green and blue were first to rip so I’m hoping the red and black don’t start since they’re thicker (don’t have the yellow). I just tied a knot wherever it ripped so it’s still a loop, kinda uncomfortable when working out but it’s still usable!

It is a good product. My only issue was that I snapped the green one because I stretched it too far when I'd use it. They are not top quality but they get the job done.

The heaviest (black one) is the only one I use and it's proven to be very durable so not too many complaints here.

I give two stars because I’m not sure how long these bands are supposed to last. I’ve used them on and off since I purchased (about 18months ago and today the heaviest band just snapped and broke while doing a simple squat with it around my calves. It was not hyperextended and I’ve kept them in the net pouch it came with. If the product was meant to only last a year, then it was great. But if it was supposed to last and be safely used for over that amount of time, then I say they are dangerous to use.

I bought these to use when doing my physical therapy exercises at home. First off the description says and shows 5 bands but only 4 were in the package, the yellow one is missing. Also the band I use at my sessions is green so I assumed the green (light) one would be the same resistance but once they got here I had to go to the red (heavy) one to get to the same resistance as the green one I use at my therapists. From my research the colors are suppose to be a universal code for resistance but these don't seem to follow it.

Bands are great! I didn't realize I was getting a set of different levels. This is great because all bands have different thickness to them. So I can use different restrain with different workouts. Love these. Bit of a rubbery smell on them but no biggy, they are made of rubber obviously.

The resistance levels are marked on the bands so you don't have to remember which color is which - I've never seen that before! They're also a little larger than most other bands so they fit better if you want to use them around curvier thighs :-)

I thought these were straight bands, but I am keeping them, they are ok.
