This is well built. Seems strong enough to support a relatively heavy laptop. The laptop or netbook can be stored inside the device when not in use.

I took the family on a road trip. Got two of these for the back seat so my sons can use their laptops for games and movies. Very happy with this purchase.

It really does give more space for the kids or adult to do things while traveling. Keeps it very organized and easy to get to.

These fit well in the car.Using for summer trip. Kids have already used it to put the computer on as well as food...great use of space.
