Good Wood Filler
I mixed this walnut color with the standard natural color Elmer's to get a lighter tan color hole filler. Worked well. Filler shrinks a little upon drying so have to do two mixes and two applications for a flat hole repair. They should sell a two smaller tubes together for this mixing purpose.

Great Product!
I have used this product in the past but it has been getting harder to find on the shelf in the bricks and mortars. I ordered this for a repair I was working on and it arrived the next day. Great product and great service. The home owner was really impressed with the final repair.

Does the job. One complaint.
It works well to patch small imperfections in the wood or to close tiny open areas in joints. My only complaint is that it can be difficult to squeeze the product out after it's been unsealed. Sometime (a couple of weeks) after breaking open the seal I found that I really had to squeeze hard to get the product out. I actually use a small clamp to assist.

Color matches
I had previously purchased the Elmer's (non-Probond) wood filler in "walnut" which is way too light. This is dark like walnut should be and matches my color. I wish this could be a little more malleable. It goes on and get immediately crumbly.

You need this!
I bought a couple of tubes of this filler, the dark walnut and the natural. I've used wood filler from those little tubs, and it worked fine, but resealing those little tubs didn't always work well so you sometimes ended up with a dried up rock on your second or third use. These tubes fix all that! Plus they let you put a bead of filler wherever you need it instead of globbing on a chunk and smearing it all over, making a mess. I won't buy any more filler that isn't in a handy tube!

Surprisingly nice results
This wood filler is very easy to use, covers a wide range of wood colors well enough, can smoothly cover even shallow marks, and is inexpensive.

Not good
This was the worst stuff ever. First it was impossible to even get out of the tube. Had to squeeze super hard for only a little pellet sized amount come out. It was hard to spread. Dried up almost immediately.
