These hoses are great but getting hard to find
These hoses are great but getting hard to find. Easy to wad up and pack in a small container but once you pressurize them they are normal size. You can slide your handle along the hose once unhooked to get most of the water out so they will dry faster. Highly recommend!

Not as described but I still like it.
I have had one of these for over 7 years, no leaks, dries fast and very compact, still works. I bought this as a gift for a friend. It is pictured with a wind up reel. It did not come with the reel.....They should fix the picture and description. I removed my original from the reel anyway making it easier to use and store so I guess I don't care and it works great for our small camper. I like this hose a lot.

Will the reel please stand up?
This is actually a great product, but I am reviewing this particular product listing which is woefully misrepresented.THERE IS NO REEL INCLUDED!I had one of these many years ago which I took out only when I needed to wash my mountain bike (nearly weekly). So the reel was critical. Not only does it coil up the entire hose semi-automatically and allow you to store it in a closet compactly, but it also squeezes out water in the hose as it coils. Quite nifty!After about a year of use, my hose developed a leak, so I got rid of it and replaced it with a standard hose. Now I live in a different place and find myself in need of a compact, store-able hose again. Which is why I ordered another one.But what I received is not what's in the picture or description! There is no reel included with this. All I got was the hose wrapped in a cheap plastic bag! Needless to say, I have returned the product. But this listing should be removed because of the inaccuracies.

Attention to detail lacking.
I have used a HandiHose in my motor home for years. Well, let me correct that, I have used HandiHoses for years in my motor home. This latest purchase, however, is a major disappointment. I purchased the hose on March 1, and put it in use on March 29. On May 3, the hose suffered a structural failure.My first hint that all was not well was the hose I received was not the same as previous, now like that depicted - it did not have the knurled knob on the hose-bib end, nor did it have the "strain relief coupling sleeve." The hose suffered a structural failure after using it for 5 weeks. Really, I expected it to last longer than that.Since it is outside of the 30-day window of replacement, I'm stuck.And, I'm disappointed in both Amazon and American Specialty. Not good.

American Specialty kink free hose
Worked great for 5 times of light camping. Then it sprang not one, but four leaks. I was extra cautious with the product, as I had reviews about leakage. Doesn't matter. 5 trips and it is going to garbage.
