Good spaghetti. Doesn't clump.

Been eating Barilla pasta for most of my life and always thought it was pretty good. Fact is, it is pretty good, but not great. I tried Rummo after reading an article on good pasta choices. After trying my first Rummo product ( spaghetti #3), I now knew the difference. The flavor, the feel of true aldente, The way the sauce clings to the noodle...Man it was a different experience. If I hadn't tried it myself I would of never known there could be such an improvement in what I had become used to eating. I purchased 3 pounds on my 1st order. I just purchased 5 more pounds and can say this is now my go-to pasta!

This Italian pasta takes good too. Believe their flour is one of the reasons.

High quality pasta! Used it for traditional Roman Cacio e Pepe, where the dish depends on a good amount of starch to be released into the water. Excellent!

I saw a YouTube video made by a chef in Italy who explained why mass-produced boxed pasta in the US is not as good as Italian-made pasta. It intrigued me, so I purchased Rummo since the chef rated it one of the best from Italy. I did find that it was definitely better, with the best part being that the noodles don't stick together during boiling, whether you stir often or not. I don't know that it is a significant enough difference to spend the extra money.

Best dried pasta in the world in my opinion

This pasta is delicious. I will be ordering it again and again.
