I purchased this to replace my older Sades headset. The sound quality and microphone are much better, I'm pretty impressed. Though the headset is small and feels cheaper than my other one. It's a bit uncomfortable and I wouldn't be able to wear it for a long time. I wish the padding was a little softer and the headset was slightly bigger to fit on my head a bit better. A good purchase I suppose but I'm not completely satisfied comparing to my older headset.

That's all you'll find that is even remotely "good" about these headphones.As anyone else seeing the other reviews, you can see their issues, which is an ongoing problem with this brand.The critical issues, that most other people had with these headphones, was that either the mic didn't work or the sound in either one or both headphones didn't work. This is true, as I, myself actually got a working unit, which after the covered warranty ran out I found out there were large scuff marks, and an embedded gash imprinted into the spacers on the headband. The sound quality on the headphones, aren't High Definition and barely surround sound, the mic quality is probably the most laughable thing out of everything else on these headphones. You get what you pay for, which remotely isn't even worth it. Buy something else entirely from a different brand, you'll find way better for the same price.

A goofd alternative to my Logitech G930 XD; the only big difference is really that I have the cable so that I can't go on toilet with it ;), but anyway, the sound is good, so only thing Ican say that i needed to install a different driver for it to be able to use the surround function because what came with it couldn't be installed on my PC, windows 10 64 bits, otherwise it's a really good gaming headphone,.....Oh and I love the red lights on it who go on and disappear slowly :).

I bought this for my sons Xbox1. We could hear sound but the microphone never worked. I contacted the company and got response about changing cards on the computer, even though I was clear about it being an XBox1. Still doesn’t work and clearly they don’t know what to do.

I was really surprised when I first used these headphones. While they are not brand name like Razor or Cloud, the Sades Spirit Wolf did not disappoint.The sound quality was pretty great especially the 7.1ch surround sound. Not anywhere close to the Hyper X's but it still does the job right. The bass is not popping so I wouldnt usually listen music on them but vocals and cinematics in games come out amazing.The Mic quality out of the box was quiet but with the Sades app you can turn it up. The mic quality according to my friends was above average. Nothing like the Yeti but it didnt sound like a had a cheap mic.Over all I found these headphones great for gaming. If you are looking for a cheap but effective entry level gaming headset, get these.
