I found the rope to be very adjustable and smooth working and I love the way it swings, This is my very first rope which was extremely good and my favorite, also the rope is very durable

I ordered this as I wanted to get into jump rope for fitness, I am a complete novice. For the money it's a good product, metal handle feel good, although a little slipper when sweating. Cable length can be easily adjusted to suit size. I find it easy to jump with this and I am improving each time, I would recommend this rope.

This one will last for ever 😂. However, just know that the rope is quite strong and can be painful if it tangles on the legs, especially when you are skipping fast.
