Strong flavour
Used this as a vital ingredient in pepperpot a Caribbean meat stew. Its very powerful! Acts as a preservative as well as flavour. I could not find it in shops in Margate even though there's a very good international shop

Brilliant product for making pepper pot.
Purchased this to make Guyana Pepper pot. Brilliant flavour and perfect consistency. Added it to oxtail and also tried beef skirt. Chicken next delicious.
