Cookbook should have recipes...
There are some good taco ideas in this book - however I hesitate to call it a cookbook. For the Jerk chicken tacos the author says to use “Jamaican jerk seasoning” - a cookbook should have a recipe for home-made jerk seasoning. For enchilada chicken tacos the author says to use canned enchilada sauce - nope, make your own.My thought is there should be recipes for jerk seasoning and enchilada sauce - with a note that you can buy pre-made of either in a pinch. My two cents and two stars.

Great variety and new ideas for Tacos!
I love tacos, and have been a fan of Laura Fuentes on her "Momables" site for a few years. So when I saw this cookbook, I was excited! There are several easy, kid friendly taco recipes, including my kids' favorites: basic "All-American", crock pot pork and pineapple. There are some that I was already a fan of from the website: Thai peanut tacos, and butternut squash and chorizo (a hash on the website but turned into tacos in the book). There are many interesting ones I still want to try, but my kids may not (ones with beets!), and the book has inspired me to create some tacos of my own using the recipes as a springboard (sheet pan fajitas, what a great idea). But I think my favorite find in this book may be the "Arriba!" Taco seasoning- my new favorite taco seasoning made from pantry staples. For me, it was definitely worth the money!

You will NEVER run out of taco ideas
When I heard about this book, I had to immediately preorder it for my taco-obsessed kids. We have two staple recipes we rotate between every week and I desperately wanted some variety. I was thrilled to discover that not only does the book cover countless taco recipes but it also includes simple and delicious salsas and sauces to up the ante on your taco game. There are even a few beverage recipes that pair perfectly with tacos to round out your fiesta. This would make an amazing holiday gift for the taco lover in your life.

I'd Give 10 Stars if I Could!
We have Taco Tuesday every Tuesday at our house. Before I purchased this cookbook last October, I had a rotation of 4 recipes I'd use. This book was life-changing. I'm still trying out new recipes and amazingly, we have loved every single recipe I've made from this book! That never happens with cookbooks I purchase. My favorite part is all of the condiment recipes at the front. I used to buy these things pre-made from the store, but not anymore! It's so easy to make your own and it's worth it for how good they taste! Our personal favorites so far are the cilantro chimichurri and the salsa verde. My husband and I seriously fight over the leftovers of those! Honestly, it's hard to eat out after learning to cook recipes like these - better tasting and cheaper, too. You will not be disappointed if you buy this book!

Lots of tacos!
This book is amazing. Who doesn't love tacos? Actually, there were some recipes that didn't appeal to me, but there were plenty that did. I have enjoyed all the recipes I've made so far and I'm looking forward to trying more of them. Most of the recipes feature ingredients that I already have in my kitchen. That makes it easy to make a quick, delicious meal without any planning and without having to make a special trip to the supermarket.
