Well deserved name for this product
I have been using The Worlds Best Cat Litter for 5 years now. I even subscribed for the Litter on Amazon as the product is more expensive than clay and other litters and Amazon's price was less per bag considering it is 32 lbs compared to a much smaller bag usually the only option. One of the main initial reasons I purchased was because it is safe to flush down the toilet with no harm to plumbing. And it is made from corn into a larger sized grain type consistency as opposed to the chalky sand like clay litters that cause dust, the clay sticks to the cat's paws and then throughout the house, poor clumping and odor control only by adding unnatural scents. The World's Best Cat Litter being an absorbing corn based larger than dust consistency holds the urine and the grains stick together into large balls filled with urine or coating the feces completely traps odors and the scent is more like grain than chalky dust with urine and feces odors filling the home. I don't have to collect poop and clay that easily falls apart into bags and dispose of in the dumpster at he end of the day because I can flush either as soon as I see it - not once I can SMELL it like clay and know there is dirty litter. And no dusts cuts down on allergy reactions. My cat seems to like the consistency and how she can effectively bury her pee and poop without it sticking to her fur. And it really does last a long time for a single cat. And the graph of days use with the number of cats seems about right in my use over 5 years. And Amazon's single purchase and the subscription prices are much lower than any other place, particularly because it is 32 lbs, not the bags with less in them than 32 lbs. that stores carry probably so it doesn't seem as expensive. And with Amazon delivery I don't have to lug the litter around the store, transport to car and then my apartment when it;s placed at my door by Amazon delivery and I just have to drag into my apartment. I'm older and disabled and that helps me and Button a lot. And Button really likes it too! give it a try, I don't think you will be disappointed.

If your cat pees a lot, get this!
I have a senior cat with kidney disease who pees A LOT. Clay litter was a nightmare because the bottom of the litter box would turn into a gooey block of cement. Then I tried the fancy crystal litter, but it couldn't handle the volume of urine and would get soupy and gross. Pine pellets were somewhat successful, but not as absorbent as I hoped, and I think they bothered his paws. So I eventually decided to try this brand, thinking I'd be disappointed again. Not the case! I've only been using it a few days, but I already see a huge difference. The urine clumps really well without sticking to the bottom of the litter box. There is some dust, but not as bad as some other brands. I have always worn a mask when cleaning the box, so dust isn't that big of a dealbreaker. Same with tracking. ALL litter tracks, and there are plenty of good litter mats that can keep that at bay. The fact that this stuff can keep up with my cat's frequent urination without getting sticky and smelling like ammonia 24/7 is totally worth a little dust and a few litter granules on the floor. I also like that it is a light color, because it's easier to see the messes inside the covered litter box.

The only litter we use for our three cats
I’ve been using this litter for at least four years. Yes, it’s more expensive, but it’s absolutely worth it. Every time I try to switch to a cheaper litter, I end up regretting it and come right back to this one.The biggest reason I stick with it is the lack of dust. There’s no big cloud when I fill the box, no dust on my cats’ paws when they leave, and a lot less dust settling on the floors around the litter boxes. It’s cleaner, and I feel better knowing my cats aren’t inhaling a bunch of particles every time they dig.It also does a great job with odor control. If I start to notice a smell, that’s my sign that it’s time for a full litter change—but it takes much longer to get to that point compared to cheaper litters.Clumping is excellent too, which makes cleaning a breeze. I don’t flush it, but it’s flushable if that matters to you.Every so often I search around for the best price, and Amazon consistently has the best deal.

This vs silicone
Switching from silicone crystals. So much better, for me and my kitties!Silicone imo amplifies the ammonia smell of the urine when you're mixing the litter. It stings when you breathe it in. Also, the dust makes one of my cats wheeze. I think it was affecting me too and getting me out of breath. I also worry about the long term effects of swallowing the silicone crystals when they groom themselves. I also have to make sure it doesn't get in their food bowl. This cat litter smells like plant (bud) stems when its dried. I do not smell the ammonia after my cats urinate. It smells like wet cardboard. I typically avoid clumping litter cuz of all the chemicals, but this is natural. So the stirring of the litter is a little different from the silicone. If you're not used to clumping litter, be sure to scrape the bottom and the sides of the litter box as you stir.A+++ I will definitely be buying more in the future. So happy I found this.

No odor control
This clumps just as good, if not better than the Arm n' Hammer Double Duty litter I was using. Its not sticky or mushy when i scoop it. And no dust at all. I made the switch from Arm n Hammer after learning about the darngers of clay litter in reguards to the dust. The only down side is the lack of odor control with this particular product. I don't know about other people but my kitten can clear a room sometimes sense I started using this litter. I dont smell the urine, its only the poop that very noticable. My little guy does a good job of covering it too. The smell is still strong. I've already purchased the odor control litter. Hopefully it helps with the smell.
