After buying and returning two other brands that were too difficult for my 84 year old mom to put on by herself because of arthritis, I ordered a large in this brand and they work perfectly for her, especially at night. My dad tried on mom's large and decided he wanted them also to wear at night. He says after wearing them for just one night his stiff right hand was not stiff when he got up the next morning.
