Perfect Baking Sheets
I moved to a new apartment with a smaller oven and needed new cookie sheets. My first two attempts yeilded pans that had the cookies flattening out and sticking like crazy. These pans however work perfectly. The cookies come right off with a nylon spatula, no sticking at all! They are also extremely sturdy and seem to have perfectly even heat distribution with no warping. Because there is no sticking cleanup is a breeze. They also fit perfectly in an apartment size oven. We'll worth the price!

Great Cookie Sheet
This is one of the best cookie sheets I have ever use. The heat is distributed evenly and the cookies slide off the sheet. So easy to clean! I like it so much - I'm ordering a second one.

Absolutely Perfect!
The BEST baking sheets I have ever used. These came today and I could not wait to use them so I am baking oatmeal raising cookies even as I type. The third batch is in the oven right now. I almost burned the first batch so check your temps because these sheets seem to be better heat conductors. I reduced my heat from 375F to 350F and increased bake time from 9 to 10 minutes. That seems to be perfect. They are also very EVEN conductors. I often had difficulty in the past with the outer cookies being a little more done than those on the inner surface. I'm using parchment paper lining as I've always done but I'm going to try silicon liners. These are heavy gauge and don't seem to bend or warp in the oven. I've been through so many baking sheets that just warp and bend; this is such a treat. I am absolutely thrilled with them.

A decent purchase.
Happy that I could buy this for a decent price. Not the original price of this cookie sheet, but still a good buy considering at least its not double the rate of the product's original price in foreign countries. Now coming to the product itself, its USA PAN and its undoubtedly the best in the world for baking utensils. This makes baking all the more fun to do. Highly recommend the brand.
