Worked great for putting together an IFAK for my battle belt. The elastic tourniquet band on the bottom is a big plus, keeps your tourniquet handy and frees up space inside for more gauze, etc.

I bought this as a cheap option to pack an additional med kit for work. The quality was surprising for the price. It is now my main IFAK on my kit. The tear away is pretty good. The front flap is the only part I’m a little skeptical of but it’s held up so far

Color is perfect, a huge peeve I have with “tactical gear” companies is that they can’t tell worth a crap between Ranger Green and ODG. So imagine my frustration trying to find a bag that was actually the correct color without spending a fortune on an ⁢empty bag. This bag has it perfect and matched my other RG gear perfectly. Other than that the construction is of good quality, and is a good size for your additional needs outside of a IFAK, so it works great for something to have on an EDC backpack like myself. The MOLLE works well and doesn’t slip out easily like some other bags. And the quick release with the Velcro and strap works well. Only thing holding this back in my opinion would be an additional flap on the inside to store additional loose items. Overall a great bag for the price.

an absolute beast of a med pouch/IFAK. It is very spacious and will fit a lot of materials needed for combat casualty care scenarios. The functionality is durable and is easy to use. The zippers are well made and do not stick to the fabric. The fabric is well constructed and the velcro is strong. Overall 10/10, especially for the price. I don’t see a need for paying over $100 for a med pouch when you can buy this. It serves the purpose and gets the mission done just as well, if not better.

Super awesome little pack can hold a lot more then you think it can

As someone who has invested A LOT into ifak supplies and top tier gear from Agilite, Crye, Defense Mechanisms, and Esstac this pouch can hang with the best. It's a really handy ifak pouch that rips off with hook and loop for the ability to unmount the pouch when it's really needed. This pouch isn't a small belt pouch however. I'd put this on a plate carrier or bag set up. One thing I give I really like about not only this pouch but Petac gear in general are their molle straps that are integrated into their pouches is how easy they are to strap thru molle and how secure they are. They're wonderful, low profile straps that beat malice clips and the standard thick straps with buttons that will wear laser cut molle faster. I absolutely recommend this pouch and Petac in general. Great value for the money that I have no issues mounting right next to my top tier duty kit.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: This is made very well and the tear away is always a plus but not a lot of room inside. Might of been my mistake but I thought there was 2 inside pockets one on each side but there isn't. There is a lot of elastic loops but the layout of them is not so good. Things get in the way of other items you might want to put in the loops so you end up with only using 3 out of the six loops. If you want to have just a boo boo kit that looks good then it's for you but if you want to prepare for things that might be more serious then keep looking.

Petac is making great gear at much cheaper prices than the big brands. This IFAK ppich is bigger than the one that came with my battle belt so I can securely fit large gauze pads, an Israeli bandage, shock blanket, chest seals, quick clot packs, trauma shears, medical tape, and still have space for bandaids, alcohol wipes, and ointment. Plus it has the tourniquet elastic loop on the bottom. One of my best purchases for my kit this far. The quick release hook and loop is such a bonus from standard molle pouches. For the price this is a no brainer.

The elastics inside the pouch are a little small for larger package trauma equipment. It will fit a single OLAES or blast bandage but it will be loose in the middle. Sam chest seals will need to be folded in half. Pouch and mount are good quality.
