Fantastic cookbook
It is exactly what it says on the front cover, another classic cookbook by Gordon Ramsay and this comes with a range of dishes from his bread restaurant. Inside you can find a range of dishes from breakfast to dessert. Yeah some are a little challenging and what you expect however if you read the recipe then the dish will be easy especially if you are a fan of Gordon Ramsay. The price was reasonable for a hardback book and was able to receive it the next day.

Kochen wie im gleichnamigen Restaurant
Die Gerichte kennt man bereits aus dem Restaurant in London, Dubai und jetzt auch Edinburgh. Mit den Gerichten aus dem Kochbuch kann man seine Leibspeisen nun auch zuhause kochen und sich selbst bzw eingeladene Gäste verwöhnen. Ich habe bereits mehrere Gerichte ausprobiert, die weder zu aufwendig noch über zu viele Ingredients brauchten. Die Fotos machen Lust darauf, die Gerichte auszuprobieren und trotzdem auch ins Restaurant zu gehen. Ich habe 6 der letzten Bücher von Ramsay und muss zugeben, dass dieses Buch mein absoluter Favoriet ist.

Such a fantastic cookbook!
I now have over a dozen of Ramsay’s cookbooks and this one is on par with the rest of them - excellent recipes that are easy to follow. Beautiful color pictures and recipes printed in a useful way to utilize in a kitchen. Like other Ramsay books, they are very precise and detailed while not being overbearing. The recipes all work very well and range from extremely simple to sophisticated.I recently ate at Gordon Ramsay Steak in Vegas and had the amazing, classic Sticky Toffee Pudding. I came home and cracked open each of his books and finally found it in this book. It turned out perfectly and very close, if not exactly to the restaurant dish.I highly recommend branching out and trying these dishes - each one is very much worth it. The recipes are in metric, which I much prefer to imperial. Grams are more precise and easier to navigate with just a scale. Some ingredients are more in common in the UK, but with a little research you can usually create the ingredients you need with ease. Something like Creme Fraiche can be hard to find in a US grocery store but can be recreated with buttermilk’s and heavy cream. Good luck!
