Good value for essential oils. Shipped quickly, packaged well. I purchased this to make a home made spice blend similar to Claire Burke original. Strictly my opinion, on its own this particular essential oil does not have a pleasant aroma - if that is important to you.

4/5 Rating This stuff smells great. I love using in my diffuser as it only needs a few drops if that. I was excited to get this pair of these Essential Oils. Right out the box it smelled great. I was very happy. I added a few drops to the diffuser and turned on. At this moment it's been on for about 2 hours.. My office smells great, only thing, the scent is not as strong as an other Red Raspberry Essential Oil I use - Greensleeves. This seems to be maybe half the strength. It's not a bad thing as it still provides a pleasant scent but I will most likely be using more drops than the GreenSleeves Essential oil. Either way, this is still a bargain as it comes in a pack of two. So you will have plenty to use. I'm very happy with these Essential Oils and you will be too. Love the smell of the Hinoki Oil. The scent reminds me of a mix of cedar and pine. It's great on its own, and is useful to create the smells of the December holidays by mixing it with cedar, fir, cinnamon, clove, etc.

This is not Hinoki Oil. This stuff does not smell like Hinoki. This stuff smells terrible. I don't know what is in it but it made my face and ears very red and my sinuses swelled up after just smelling it. I felt like I was being poisoned. I had to remove if from my house. It is nothing like another certified Hinoki oil that I purchased in the past. Please beware of purchasing this cheap stuff!

Excellent scent

I should have known this deal was too good to be true. $10 for 20ml of hinoki essential oil would be a steal. Unfortunately, this oil just doesn’t smell like the real thing. I love the scent of real hinoki. If you’ve lived in Japan, the smell of hinoki is unmistakable. I bought a bottle of hinoki oil while in Japan and it smelled exactly like Japanese cypress - the same smell of a newly built temple or a wooden public bath. But this hinoki oil from this seller just does not compare. It’s a very “woody” base smell, and smells a bit like sandalwood. It’s missing some very key components - the heart notes of pine and terpene. It’s overall a poorly balanced oil. I don’t know if this is fake, or just poorly distilled? With that being said- I don’t dislike it. It had a nice woody smell. When I add it to my diffuser, I balance it out by adding a drop of balsam fir oil, or some other heart notes and/or top notes.

This chamomile is perfect…the scent is clean and sharp! A pair of 10ml price was good. However the marjoram I purchased from same company was not marjoram oil?? It was very perfumey but earthly as it should be?!!
