Great little vitamin with a nice balance of essential ingredients and some bonus goodies like the green tea extract and turmeric. I like that it has 2000 IU of Vitamin D3 as it saves taking any additional Vitamin D3 for me. No iron is good also. I noticed a bit more energy and mood elevation pretty quickly. Very easy to swallow and causes no indigestion, burping or bad side effects. I couldn't find any expiration date only manufactured date. Otherwise, I would have given it 5 stars. Maybe it was on the box which I threw away.

What a great multi vitamin supplement. The ingredients are the best for your skin and health. I have been taking them now for 2 weeks. I am so excited about this product.You will receive 60 vegetarian cables which are all natural ingredients. It calls for you to take 2 a day with meals one in the morning and one with supper. They are made in the USA.I haven't been taking them long enough to get the full effect, but I know with these ingredients it going to do some good things for me. Treating from the inside out. I always use products on my face and this is a good way to give my skin and hair a good healthy way to do for my inside of my body as well.They were very easy to swallow for me. Women's Anti-Aging Multivitamin will become my new "go-to" multi-vitamin going forward. It's a really well-formulated multi-vitamin. It includes the basics every person/woman needs for optimum health, plus all kinds of extras that benefit skin and reduce inflammation (a key source of aging) like Tumeric and even green tea extract. My energy level has been better since I started taking . And my skin seems less susceptible to dryness. I also feel the bags under my eyes are less dark, even when I don't get enough sleep. Great product!!

I've been taking these multivitamins for a month now and they are my new favorites. I bought them to try and hold off the effects of aging on my skin and didn't really expect to see any immediate difference. It may just be my imagination but it does seem like my skin is a bit tighter and has a bit more of a glow to it than it had before. It also seems like I have more energy. Prior to this, I had been using Centrum Silver for Women, along with 6 other vitamin supplements to make sure that I was getting enough of what I needed. After comparing the make-up of these vitamins with my Centrum (and others), I was thrilled to discover that just 1 of these multivitamins per day would give me everything I needed and more. This has made my vitamin regimen so much easier and less expensive – I am thrilled with the simplicity of this and also my bottom line costs have gone down. I look forward now each day to just taking my “1” pill. These vitamins had all of the good stuff that I needed in the right quantities with an added bonus of other recommended supplements, like green tea extract, alpha liphoic acid, grapeseed and turmeric. I was not getting this before (even after taking 7 pills per day)!! I am a totally satisfied convert and intend to continue with this multivitamin.

This multivitamin was a good choice for me - the label and the packaging is very complete. It's made in the USA, it Is not labeled as Gluten Free which is necessary to me, but I don't see any ingredients that should have gluten in them. It is formulated for active women, supports bone strength, healthy skin, heart health, and has strong antioxidants which are all vital for women. The active women's complex is actually listed with the ingredients and they include from Grape Seed and Green Tea Extract to Zinc Picolinate, among others. You have to take 2 per day but you can take them all at the same time or one at night and one in the morning. This is probably because of all of the great supplements included in one multivitamin. I always hope to feel a bit different with a Multi-vitamin. Each bottle of vitamins that I take is unique and all of them have different ingredients that make them what they are. I have been taking this but I really don't notice a difference at all. I know that anything Anti-ageing will certainly show in time, but ageing also shows over a long amount of time. I wonder, would you have to take these for years to notice a difference or see if they actually do what they claim?I have taken multi-vitamins where I can tell a difference in my energy, focus and the the way I feel.
