When you receive the box, the buckle may be tight and you need to use a little force to open the box. 2. Make sure that the lock is locked or closed. You can refer to our picture. If the lock is H-shaped, it means it is open. You only need to press the button to open it. 3. If the lock is an inverted H shape, means it is locked. You can use small scissors to open the lock by rotating the lock. The key is installed in the jewelry box. I’m very sorry for your trouble.

Q: Any advice how to remove the strong pvc smell?

Using salt for 2 days and then Vacum it and put in sun
