I am using it for past 6 months. However its not comfortable to sit for long hours with lumbar support at lowest setting as it sticks out and hurt lower back more than it supports it. I was able to manage to pull out that small piece of lumbar support (wasn't easy though). After that its perfectly fine to use do not feel the need for additional lumbar support as back rest shape is ergonomic and tilt and other settings are perfect for long working hours headrest is also adjustable and comfortable.Using 8+ hours during all working days for past 6 months, a good buy for WFH full time.

i got big legs and my thighs hurts on mostly all chairs except this one i found, it came packed perfectly and professional, when i assembled it, i had fun everything was guided and well boxed, they really did great with the packing, they even put inside a free gloves assembly. would recommend this chair to anyone, its sturdy with A+ quality

Delivery was made in 24hrs and it took less than 30 minutes to assemble. I have been using it for the past 3 weeks with no issues. Good quality reliable and functional.

I bought this chair like year ago, and within that year I head to buy replacement wheels since original were too loud, I had to buy seat cushion, since chair seat is too firm for long hours that I work, and final one is that one leg of base cracked and break, and I fell of the chair... Luckily I didn't get hurt... It looks nice, but quality is bad.

Not the best chair in terms of comfort. The lumber support is very harsh and annoying to the back and the cusion is very solid ( should be softer )

Liked the product though have used it for 2 weeks only. Even without opting for installation, it came 90% assembled. Good back and head support. Feels sturdy and looks classy.

The only thing keeping this from being a 5 star review is the ugly casters. If they were stylish like the rest of the chair, the whole thing would be perfect. Very adjustable, nice support, sturdy chair. It is heavy though!

I have a Herman Miller Aeron Chair at my office at work. A very nice chair, but unrealistically expensive. I needed a good chair at a good price for my office at home. This is it -- well made, good back support, highly adjustable, reasonably priced. Admittedly, it is not a cheap price, but neither is it a cheap chair. This is a solid, comfortable work chair. I sit most of the day in this chair when I telework.I give the chair 4 stars because the headrest was almost impossible to install. I could not get the headrest support to insert into the bracket because the bottom of the support is square (rather than tapered) so it would not push past the spring-loaded ball which holds the headrest in place and allows it to be adjusted up and down. Fearing I would break the headrest support, I removed the bracket from the chair. Then I was able to push the headrest into place and reattach the bracket. However, the bracket was not designed to be removed and the threads on one of the bolts stripped. This chair comes with an extra of every bolt and washer (a nice touch), except this one. Probably they don't include an extra of this one because the bracket is already installed and the user is not intended to adjust these bolts. I looked at a local hardware store for a replacement, but was unable to locate a match that works. I hope the headrest holds on with only one bolt.I had not originally thought the headrest was useful, but it does improve my posture. By resting the back of my head on it, I am in an upright position. The headrest does not so much support my head as remind me to sit up straight and not hunch over. Even my Aeron chair at work does not have a headrest -- now I wish it did.UPDATE: The seller replaced the entire headrest assembly. Excellent customer service. I like the chair so much, I bought a 2nd one for another office in my home. The headrest on it assembled with no problem. I am increasing my rating from 4 Stars to 5 Stars.

Ich habe den Stuhl jetzt seit etwa 2 Wochen und bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.Ich wollte einen Bürostuhl, da ich seit ca. 2 Jahre fast 100% im Home Office arbeite und bisher einen Stuhl von Ikea hatte, der dafür einfach nicht gedacht ist. Da sich die meisten wirklich sehr guten Stühle ab 500€ bewegen, wollte ich eine gute Alternative.Im Gegensatz zu den negativen Bewertungen hier quietscht oder wackelt bei meinem gar nichts und er stinkt auch nicht. Klar riecht er eine Weile neu, aber das verfliegt schnell.Das Sitzpolster ist etwas härter, dafür "lungert" man aber auch nicht in seinem Stuhl, sondern sitzt eben ordentlich. Außerdem ist das Polster sehr breit, wodurch man sehr bequem sitzen kann.Die Armlehnen sind durch das gebogene Polster auch sehr bequem, genauso wie die Kopfstütze (die ich eher selten nutze).Wichtig war mir, dass der Stuhl aus Stoff und nicht aus Lederimitat oder ähnliches besteht, sodass man hier auch im Sommer ohne Probleme (Kleben o.Ä.) sitzen kann.Und die Rückenstütze. Diese ist wirklich sehr praktisch und man sitzt automatisch aufrecht! Ich lehne mich mittlerweile sogar seltener an.Für mich durch und durch empfehlenswert!
