This bowl is nicely made and very sturdy. You won't need to worry about dropping it or damage from putting it in the dishwasher. It's listed as jumbo sized, and that's exactly what it is. If you're considering purchasing this for a small or medium sized dog, you might want to look at a size down. This bowl is perfectly sized for large dog breeds and you can use it as either a food or water bowl. It did have a sticker on the inside bottom area that was annoying to get off, but other than that it's a great bowl at a great price. Would highly recommend.

The dish was good quality and well-made. It is also easy to clean. I do not recommend it for large dogs as the capacity is a little bit low.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Oh my God, I love these croc style bowls. They would be amazing for any big dog or for any animal that you just need a large volume for. I use these for feeding foxes and raccoons. I have now ordered 4 of these. Unfortunately, one of them disappeared, I have a feeling it was a raccoon. Lol. Anyway these balls have a little bit of heath to them, they are very well-made, they wash well. You could even put them in the dishwasher on the top rack, I would think but I hand wash mine. But the capacity of these is amazing, hard to find bowls like this I highly recommend.

Very durable, easy to clean, perfect for small to medium dogs, holds about 3 cups.

Thick and sturdy, holds plenty. I started out using it for food but switched it to a water dish, it is hard for my dog to knock it over, it's pretty stable. Has some weight to it, which is nice because it stays in place. Should last a long time.What people are saying about the idiotic sticker is completely true. It is hard to remove.

my 'granddog' visits often, so we have a water dish for him. he has a tendency to want to tip the dish after he drinks. this one is impossible for him to tip. very sturdy and a good value.

I consider these bowls to be perfect for my small dog. (23 LB. Chihuahua-? mix) The bowls we had for our last medium-sized dog (may he RIP) were a bit big & took up too much space. I purchased one that we used for his water in the kitchen & loved it for that. When I decided to get one for his food I chose it becausde it's easy to wash & with just enough weight that Simba doesn't have to scoot it across the kitchen when he licks it clean! Highly recommend this bowl for beloved pets! And thanks to the manufacturer & Amazon for making them available.
