I rate this as a 4 due to the seam print when you have on a fitted dress. It is very light on. I love how it goes all the way up to my breast. I normally wear an XL but reading all the reviews that it runs small, I ordered a 3XL and it fits like an XL. Glad I took a chance and order the 3XL. I which the maker would make it where the seams doesn't show like panties line under your outfits. It does hold in the luxury of your body. I was thrilled I was able to put on my fitted dress without a struggle. But a little sad to see the lines when I looked behind. Other than that, I am keeping the item.

I had a gothic style photo shoot , I ordered a skirt but it was too tight even as a 3x. I couldn’t zip it.I got the body shape size 4 ex, you do have to do a wiggle dance to get it over bum it wasn’t too tight and held everything in place. I was able to put on skirt over it, just slid on and no struggles and slipped right up. I am 5’5 and 208.

This a a decent body shaper for the price. Note it is hard to pull up but I’ve you’ve purchased a body shaper in the past you know this. Just pull the legs up to the thighs and it was easier to slide up. It does not feel constricting at all. I weigh 158 pounds and normally wear medium clothes or size 6 so I purchased a large. I sized up as recommended. I did not wear the straps cause I felt it was too much. It did not slide down for the 3+ hours I had it on. There is an opening in the crotch for ease of toileting. Another note is if your dress is too tight you will see the cross cross lines from the body shaper in the front. I recommend your dress not be too small to begin with. Otherwise, it was a great purchase.

I sized down it wasn’t the easiest to put on but wasn’t uncomfortable once it was on, it tucked in my bulge’s and took off a size, I bought a bridesmaid dress almost a year ago size 4 (I’m a size 5 now) 2 weeks ago got the shape wear and with it the dress fits perfectly

I am a size 18-20 and bought a 3x (as recommended). I believe it was still too small. I know it is suppose to fit snug however it was much harder to put this one on. Have purchased different brands in past and this one was the worst and did not help.

Fit really nice and I have been using it for about 2-3 weeks straight with washings in between. I have surgery and needed a compression garment that would hold up to being used daily. There’s some stitching that’s come loose and a small hole formed by the mesh area but so far it’s holding up well to daily abuse.I’m not a fan of the straps cause no matter how high I place them to thigh then they come loose fall down. If you cross them it leaves a little fabric bulge on the top so it’s not very flattering under clothes unless you’re wearing layers I guess.Overall a great purchase for the price, I got a medium and it fit just right, I’m going to be purchasing a smaller one in a few weeks to start using it as wait training
