Years back I was quite heavy & started jogging to combat it. But it caused knee/foot pain & I thought I'd have to quit. A Vitamin Shoppe employee taught me about boswellia & it helped me immensely & I was able to continue jogging.So recently when I began to suffer w/osteoarthritis, i went back on boswellia. I 1st got Solaray, the brand I'd used before. However this time although it helped, it didn't seem to be having as big an effect. I suspected the potency had gone down with Solaray also because some of the initial side effects of taking boswellia include mild stomach issues like loose stools or mild diarrhea the first few days. Those effects never happened with Solaray this time around as they had before.Anyhow, I searched for a higher potency boswellia to take, & am so glad I found Toniiq. It's very high quality & definitely helps more with the pain than the Solaray did, & is WAY more affordable than Solaray, so I can take more if i need to without crying to sleep over the cost.With my first jar of the Toniiq boswellia, there was a horrible chemical odor, which I traced to the anti-moisture packet in the jar to prevent molding. I was going to return it but was in too much pain & despite the odor, I could also smell the scent of boswellia so that gave me hope. The anti-moisture packet also said "all natural" so I figured ok. Thankfully the bad odor disappeared after a couple of days with the lid open & it didn't affect the potency or effectiveness of the product at all. So if your jar stinks a little, don't worry.I just bought my 2nd jar of this Toniiq boswellia & the was no odor but the scent of boswellia.I pray the price doesn't keep increasing, because for someone disabled like myself, I am super grateful to be able to afford this so-needed supplement.Definitely try it, you won't be disappointed. There is even clinical evidence for boswellia's helpful effects on osteoarthritis and joint pain, & mine decreased dramatically once I started taking it, along with Tumeric extract/black pepper. I'm hoping Toniiq will come out with a high potency Tumeric/black pepper supplement also.Note: All boswellia will give you mild loose stools/diarrhea the 1st few days you take it, but these side effects go away. Also, it does take about 30 days of taking boswellia daily to notice the full effect/benefit.Good luck!

No boswellia burps or anything from this product!!Capsules fill the jar to the top!!Capsules are coated with a powdery substance that keeps them from sticking together!!Great for joints and achy muscles!!

I've been taking these capsules for 1+ years so far. I train a lot, and spar a lot. I used to rely on aleve to help with pain relief. Last year I put a stop to that, started taking Turmeric, Boswellia and other supps. I can feel a noticeable difference in my recovery time and pain. I highly recommend this product. I take roughly 6 capsules a day, no problems with headache etc. (Not recommending this dose just stating what I take). I also took this supplement during an injury period. Again, highly recommended.

I USE MANY OF TONIQ MFG SUPPLEMENTS, AND I HAVE FOR YEARS. I only wish that they would bring back the, "Buy One and Request Another for Free" promotion. It was such an easy way to introduce to Toniq customers Toniq's many other outstanding supplements because Toniq gave you the option to choose either receiving a second of what you had originally purchased, or you could select to receive one of their many other supplements to try.

It's clearly stronger than the cheaper brand. You can smell and taste it, despite being in capsules (it is fairly pleasant) and it seems to work better for me too. I bought the cheaper ones, and they just aren't as good.

I am new to Boswellia and know that Frankincense has been around for centuries. My first experience was from a very expensive health food store. The strength was shown on this label to be very close to the expensive one that worked much better. I have since changed to another brand from Amazon that is working much better for me.

I traveled to India on an Ayurveda trip and was introduced to Boswellia at a hospital in Kerala. I've looked for a brand with 85% Boswellic acids and have been unable to find one ever since. TONIIQ fits the arthritic situation beautifully. My knees, especially the right one is, indeed, grateful! Thank you, you've been a long time coming.
