I have been working out for four years i have planned to take zma if it make any change first i tries bold fit one and jt didn't work then i just switched to pharmagrade remmag magnesium oxide 400mg the result was amazing your mood levels will be high sleep will be good and i can feel the hormone boost . Every study showing bio availability is very less for oxide but anyway don't trust this studies because i took mb zma based on the studies i have seen and am not getting any result just waste supplement. You just have to stop reading this useless studies and must try remmag magnesium oxide 400mg atleast once.
